An interesting hotel with history but little else. During my stay the lift broke. My room was on the 6th floor and the lift was the only access. Being 73 years old with asthma this was not great. It would have been a problem also for anyone with heavy luggage or small children. The staff were indifferent to the problem....

Good location, nice hall but apart from this rooms are small and bathroom narrow even though comfortable enough for a short stay. But honestly people are not nice and polite, lift is annoying, slow and the only way to access the floors: it took 20 mins to go up in the morning! No smiles nor collaborative people many complications for...

VERY GOOD SERVICE, VERY CLEAN. Located in Place Rogier close to the North Station, around 7 minute walk. Offers a very good breakfast and the double rooms are spacious quiet and the upholstery very clean.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This was my first time in Brussels and in Belgium, the price was reasonable for the room, though don't go expecting to be able to make your own tea or coffee as there is not kettle available in these rooms. Sadly the customer service delivered, when my friend and I asked...

The hotel is a short walk from Nord Railway station. You enter the Hotel via the plush carpeted hallway of the hotel next door. The hotel has a budget look to it, room was small but clean and with comfy bed. The shower had a good flow. Poor WiFi connection and so slow. Stayed for one night and missed the...

Not exatctly a budget hotel for 72 euros a day, you can find way cheaper and better ( hilton is across the road and is 90 euros per day). Good things: clean, nice staff. Bad things: no fridge as indicated, hair drier does not work, same food every morning, the gym is very very poor. Avoid it for sure.

The room was OK but a little cheap. The breakfast is good proposing continental or english breakfast. The wifi signal is good. The location is good, 5 min walking from the Grand Place. There was no fridge while it was indicated in the reservation. The toilet flush was not working well.

This Hotel is situated very close to the North Station as well as to the Station of the Metro "Rogier place". Just in front of the Hotel is the building of the European Commission. Rooms are not large, but due to the position of the Hotel it is preferable. The breakfast is OK and the staff is very polite.

Very convenient hotel next to the Nord Train Station. Clean hotel, close to restaurants and metro. One bad note: my bed was small and uncomfortable. Receptionist was very helpful and the wifi was good.

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst visiting the city. The hotel is located in close proximity to the North Train Station (5 min walk) and a similar distance from the central areas of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting as it is good value for money as well as very good service...
