Nice views onto the river but it ends there. Carpets shabby, Venetian blinds on corridor need replacing or get rid. Not looked after as these are facing both ways and are awry. Nice deck outside bar but not looked after. Stands for sun umbrellas but no umbrellas. At night not even a light, total darkness. Paying resident guests shunted out of breakfast room to make way for Mothers’ Day day trippers. We were put into a room less than half the size. Chaos ensued with people queuing up for tables, not cleared, and jostling with guests trying to get at the hot food. Why were paying residents put at disadvantage to the day trippers? I asked at reception for the duty manager to attend to sort matters out and was told “he’ll be in in an hour! Definitely not four star. Will not stay again.…

Great views and helpful reception

I had a fantastic view of the river from the balcony of my room and tere were also great views from the restuarant veranda. I found those on the reception desk particularly helpful. The bar during 'open hours' was regularly without staff - it is not clear whether this was due to illness - however the bar tends to be only occassionally patronised by guests. There is also a spa in the hotel and I received a very good and highly effective massage - my one suggestion to improve the massage experience would be for face cradle padding to be placed over the face hole of the massage table. THe actual maassage itself was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.…

Ok,but only in general...

I just spent 10 days in this Hotel for work,site is clean and they have a good breakfast, restaurant in the evening, also if some plates are not bad, need to improve ,specially for the people that take care, the only professional guy was the only man of the staff, the others young girls really confused and going in crisis immediately(incredible that they shared the same my basket of ice for the wine with an other bottle ordered from one table at 10 meters, practically the people have to get up and take the wine at my table during Dinner :-)))),Never seen before in my life!!! ) In general I have been satisfied but they could do better...…

Comfortable stay!

Comfortably bed, friendly staff, walking distance to town, quite room. Breakfast ok they even play good rock music for breakfast. Spa and pool was enjoyable. I have stayed before and will stay again. Cheap and comfortable.

Staying there in business , to only positve points are the availability and nice team, and the breakfast room view. the rest .. no so hot inside ..more a summer hotel, probably will be much better..but room temperature with AC ..OK General maintenance quite ban..floor and some woods witho moiture/floodings marks, hair dryers with some some repairs with normal switches..not really safe.. Windows not locking..Bath was ok.. Breakfast is nice , with natural Fruit as I like :) ..and a great view, although the room is also a bit cold, and teh eggs etc loose temperature quickly. And forget. reduce your expectations..it's not a 4 star Hotel…

Centre ville vila do conde , 5 minutes à pied à peine. Traverser le magnifique pont et vous y êtes . Distance aéroport +/- 20 min en voiture. Pas de navette , taxis ou voiture. Merci.
