Nice comfortable little apartment on the ground floor at the back of the building adjacent to a patio in the progress of being rebuilt. No air conditioning but it wasn't needed at the time, but in hot weather this could be a problem. Could be a little noisy at night ... other guests ... I like keeping my window open to allow fresh air in. Staff was excellent and responsive. Security a concern, the doors would not keep out someone determined to force their way into the room. Heavier and more secure doors needed and deadbolts on the inside needed as well.

Staying at the studio was a different experience from that of a conventional hotel: you have the key to the appartment, a small kitchen and ours had a great balcony. One thing that stood out to me was the breakfast which you can choose to have delivered at your room or served at a near by bakery; we chose the room delivery. It comes in a beautiful basket as well as cutely packaged and areanged. The studio is close the main spots of Porto, but it is in the boarder of a seemingly sketchy part of the city; however we walked back and forth from the hotel feeling safe the whole time. The area has some restaurantes as well as supermarkets. The hotel does not have parking, but you can park on the street or at a nearby parking lot for 10€ each night. Maria, the host, is really nice and you can contact her with any questions through whatsapp and she would answer in no time. The main two reasons for giving four stars instead of five is the area and that the studio is small.

Nice place but a little noisy because of the thin windows and the busy street. Very clean and spacious. Good location except from the noise. Shower and bed are allright. Kitchen is ok. Hospitality is good.

The room, although heading the street was quiet. Very well decorated, spacious and bright! The breakfast was very well served, very family like! the backyard is delicious with a small garden. I particularly liked the comfort of the room!

Was my first time trying a studio to spend my holidays. I have to admit that was more surprising than expected. I met Susana and unfortunately I didn't had chance to meet Maria João (by the way, the same name as me) but she was always available to answer to my questions. To start I was looking for the studio on the wrong side of the street. Typical of me. To help us it has a board on the outside with the name. I was looking for the number and I forgot that one side of the street is pair numbers and the other unpaired. Was quite fun. Susana was still cleaning my studio when I arrived but she gave me the key so I could come back whenever I wanted. It's up to you how many days you want her to clean you studio. You choose. The payment you can do it by the time you feel you have to, even if is the last day. The studio had everything that I needed. Vegetarian so I cooked my own meals. I had a store to buy food 2 min from the studio. I had as well subway 1 min from studio and the centre of the city was 15 min away walking. I've made it twice. So, everything we need for a good time we have it close. It's really worth it to spend money and time there. A huge thank you to Susana for her help and another to Maria for being always available. Hopefully I'll meet you next time. Thank you.

not far from Metro station, easy access by Train or Car. Very nice inside, clean, new. not noisy, plenty of place in the wardrobes. I really advice to book in here for a short or longer stay in Porto quality made simple and efficient with a perfect touch of modernity

We stayed at this wonderful guest house for two nights. The building is an old and tradiotional Porto building, and the rooms/small apartments are decorated with modern furniture. It was very clean. The room consisted of a small kitchen and living room in one, one bedroom and separate bath and toilet. We stayed three people in the room, two in the bedroom and one in the living room, so therefore we did not have too much space. However, for two people one of these rooms would be perfect. One of the rooms with a balcony had bunk beds and was quiet small, so I would recommend asking for one of the others, although it is without a balcony. The hostess is very friendly, kind and helpful. Would gladly recommend it!
