Detailed Reviews
I spent 3 nights in this hotel and it was quite a pleasant stay. The location is FANTASTIC in the middle of all attractions so you can almost visit everything with a few minutes walk. The room was clean and has enough space for 2 people to be comfortable. We asked for an iron and it remained in our room for the entire stay. The only thing I didn’t find comfortable was the bathroom. There is a private bathroom inside the room and the walls are made of glass! So, if the person outside the bathroom will hear everything happening inside. Also, if the bathroom light is on, this means that the whole room is lit. Also, if you are someone who likes sleeping in complete darkness, the blackouts are not very good which means once the sun rises, you will find the room very illuminated.

Basic but comfortable. Clean and cozy. Room size was okay. Staff were friendly. Just a 8-10 minute walk from metro station that takes you straight from the airport to the city center.
Definitely good value for money!

Very central position on the main boulervard. Many bars and restaurants close by. An excellent deceptively large cafe around the corner with superb service and a big menu. Also a Mc D 2 mins away.10 -15 walk to the port area and the tour buses stop virtually outside the hotel. Reception is well run and always open with friendly staff. One floor of rooms was being updated while we stayed. Our room was very clean and the onsuite was adequate. We had breakfast on one occasion, for €3 it was good value , tea ,coffee ,juices ,cold meat ,cheese, yoghurt ,rolls and croissants. Would stop here again.

We stayed in rooms 204 & 205 from 3/6-6/6 2022. Windows have plastic foil so you cannot look through to the back yard. The noise from 2 am to 6 am from the billard room next to the reception sounded like fighting and screaming for hours. The receptionist could not stop it. Earplugs are a necessity. The location is very central.

This place is of great value and superb service. Stayed for two nights. Jessica, from front desk, the staff helping with breakfast, basically everyone delivered a spectacular service. I was impressed with quality of service, cleanliness, and value for the money. Definitely I will be at this hotel whenever back in Porto.

Avoid this place at all costs. From the on site parking that turned out to be over 1k away from this hostel , to the climb up 2 flights of stairs to reach it , it is horrible. The toilet actually in the room and the unhelpful staff , a nightmare , it gets 1 star for its location.

Good location, reasonably clean, reasonably priced. There are many, many pensaos in central Porto, so you should be able to find better for the same price range. This one is located on Aliados (a big, main street), but there are many in the neighbouring alleyways. I wanted to leave my baggage in hotel storage on my last day, so that I could pick it up later in the afternoon. I was told it would cost 3 euro. Most hotels do this for free. What a rip.

Ideal base for exploring Porto. Close to metro and overground railway.
Rooms clean and functional with a free safe.
Only obstacle is reception is on first floor up stairs though there is a chair lift and porter.

Do you really want to stay at a place where you get the remote handed or together with your room key?
Beds are terrible, rooms small, but shower nice.
If you have other alternatives I'd suggest you go with one of them.

Right in the heart of the city with great travel connections and 20-25 mins away from the airport via taxi. However, upon arrival you are met with a large staircase (not ideal if you have heavy/several suitcases/bags) - just something to be aware of. The staff are friendly and speak several languages, which is really helpful if you don't know any Portuguese. I stayed in a family room (as a solo traveler) this was a decent size for me, but I can imagine it being a bit of a squeeze for a grown family of 4. I didn't have any food in the place, mainly because you have so many options right outside the hotel. It's also a great location if you book excursions as many tour operators know the place and you can drop right outside. They do have free WIFI - however it is quite weak and sometimes I couldn't even get a connection.

Gracias
