Although hotel was clean, comfortable, room was of an adequate size and staff were extremely friendly, the let down was the air conditioning.
We were unable to adjust it no matter how many times we tried, so we were stuck with a room temperature of...More

Thank you very much for your kind review. It is much appreciated and I can assure you that my team will be delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I look forward to welcoming you back again very soon.

We used the metro - there is an English language option on the Ticket Machines and you must tap your ticket on the ticket reader before you board the train. There is a station Casa Da Musica and head for the big roundabout which is a park with an enormous statue, exit the other side and head for the Mercado, this is a fantastic food court in the same building as the hotel and a fab place to eat. Google maps will guide you there in about a 10 minute walk, enjoy your trip! You could grab a cab, all very inexpensive and probably ten minutes, if not a rush hour!
