Stayed here last weekend - could not think of a nicer place to stay in Porto. It doesn't look exceptional from the outside but the inside is great, and the staff were professional and friendly - starting with the offer of a glass of wine at reception on arrival. We had a spacious and tastefully decorated 5th floor suite. It...

Stayed here for 2 nights and was looked after my one of the firms I trade with here. Simply stuning in every way. Do not be fooled by the exterior whihc is pretty down beat. Indside is another world of lovely rooms and wonderful service. We stayed in Suite 101 which is massive. A real treat. The breakfast is superb with...

We loved this small boutique hotel. The service was impeccable, from the moment you checked in to the very last moment. The hotel itself has beautiful architecture inside although the outside is not very impressive. The staff make the atmosphere welcoming and warm, they always had a word or comment and were truly interested in whether or not you had...

Hardly a five star hotel. Barman very apologetic but could not make me a Cosmopolitan as only allowed to make the cocktails in the limited menu. Similar story when I tried to order. Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tonic. No proper bar area and although decor grand, furniture very mis matched.

Everything you have read about this hotel is spot on, the only exception, sadly this is not a 5 Star hotel. The common areas might be 5 stars, might be, but my room was not. Reality check time for everyone, this is a 4 star hotel. Set your expectation on the 4 star dial and you might not be disappointed....

Stayed in a suite at this excellently located hotel during a short break to Porto. Beautiful older style hotel, lovely suite and good facilities. All hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly which really did help make our stay in Porto. Having the use of a hire car, to explore the local area, we were originally concerned about parking but...

Decided to pop into the hotel for some break fast on a Sunday. You don't have to book and the cost was €17.50 per adult. Children under 4 are free. You can eat as much as you like from the hot and cold buffet and can eat in the main room or the court yard. Overall a nice standard breakfast...

We stayed for 3 nights in Porto and this hotel is in a great location and so beautiful inside! Everywhere is walkable from the hotel but we did use buses as well as the area is very steep in places, just opposite the hotel are a few cafes and restaurants plus on the same side as the hotel there is...

We loved it here! The central location was perfect for walking all over town. We arrived mid-morning; the bellman immediately assisted with our luggage. The staff at the front desk offered us two welcome glasses of port - one white and one red. As we'd arrived before check-in, our room was not yet ready, but no matter! We wanted to...
