I was in this hotel in October for three days and it was one of the best experiences both at the level of the service of the rooms and of employees who are extra attentive and helpful. I had the pleasure of experiencing the gastrobar I was amazed food to share and individual dishes well confessioned and with a lot of flavors, the service was expcional, with a service of first quality wine

We arrived around 9am at the hotel and were able to complete our check in, even though our room wasn't ready yet. When we returned later in the day all our luggage had been delivered to the room, great start to our stay.
The room was lovely and quiet, located on the third floor with a view up towards Clerios Tower over the pedestrianised street. The bathroom has everything you need, except for hair conditioner! They provide the 'all in one' body and hair wash as well a body moisturiser. We didn't use the pool or sauna, however they looked very clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast has a good offering of both continental and also hot breakfast options as well as the infamous pasteis de nata!

The location of the hotel is very central to all the key places to visit and only a short walk away. It's so easy to get to anywhere with a short walk. We started with a Sandeman walking tour to orientate ourselves in the city.

The hotel is amazing and the staff are superb. They have loads of recommendations of things to and local restaurants to visit. From delivering our bags to our room, to also noticing one of us had a birthday coming up and leaving cake and bubbles in the room as a surprise, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again on our next visit.

This centrally located Pousada, recently refurbished, gave my 10yr old son and I a wonderful warm welcome on arrival for our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean and well designed with everything we needed. Spacious shower and wardrobe area were particularly appreciated, as what we believe was an upgrade. My son was sold on the hotel with the pool - ‘cozy’ was correct but what a delight after exploring a hot, hilly Porto, especially when we had it to ourselves. When the housekeeping team over-enthusiastically cleared away my port wine glass it was returned immediately. Fresh baked gluten free rolls were provided at breakfast and plasters at the end of our stay once we’d pounded too many pavements. Thank you Pousada!

Positives:
· Fantastic location (in tourist central though), beautiful building, lovely and stylish, clean, comfortable and modern facilities. Good breakfast, too. It gets super loud (well isolated windows though!!) bc of the location but that's not their fault..!
Disliked:
Service: Not only do they not seem to care in general, just an example: I hurt my knee during a day trip to Braga. Asked the staff if I could have some ice for knee brought to the hotel. Answer: No. (overpriced room service is possible tho.) Im sorry but even at cheap hotels in the US do they get you some ice. Generally it feels like no one there cares.
So I have to limp down to the bar, where three unfriendly people sit in the back of the bar having a chat, took me a while to get their attention, to then 5 min later get a glass with 4 ice cubes whacked on the counter to take away. Much like the reception, no friendly "hello, good day, goodbye, etc". If you're lucky someone at reception looks up from their phone, gives you a glare, and you go to your room.
Also I had a work call but their wifi kept disconnecting. (front desk: "yeah we know sorry but we chose not to tell you"). Ended up having to cancel the call. Its 2022 guys.
I had friends stay across the street in the portobay in Rua das flores who also paid 200ish Euros for their room and it was like night and day over there. It feels like a huge rip-off once i saw what you get for the money.
Only book if nothing else free in the area.

Beautiful new Pousada on pedestrian way. Staff provided excellent care and service especially Diana and her partner in the breakfast room. She went out of her way to help direct us to shopping on Santa Caterina and always gave us great service at breakfast…#bestcapucinos. All breakfast room staff the best working under pressure with large tour groups and busy weekend. Thalita and Ricardo at front desk always ready to assist. Thank you!
Port and pastries on arrival, nice touch, thank you.
On another note wish the bathrooms were more female friendly with at least a shelf added to keep cosmetics etc nearby.
Would be helpful to have trash receptacle in rooms this helps keep the room uncluttered and less work for housekeeping.
We must complain about the BRIGHT LED lighting…not complimentary at all it casts a stark and garish glare. We found this lighting all over Portugal.
The lighting design in the units is challenging, lamp over bed throws light directly in one’s face, light switches not intuitive.
Bed is comfortable but twins?? Really??
Thanks to all for a great stay despite the little room issues.

This charming little inn is located on the busiest street in the center of Porto, the flower street.
It is one of the best locations to be since in a few minutes, you can go to the Duero riverbank, the historic center and the most emblematic buildings of the city.
In addition there is an excellent offer of restaurants, shops and tourist excursions without leaving the street.
The inn is a set of excellently restored old houses, the available space is not very large, but they have been able to adapt it wonderfully to have a swimming pool and a magnificent dining room restaurant
The rooms are not very spacious but contain all the details that one could expect in an excellent hotel, the service is magnificent and very attentive to any of your needs.
The breakfasts are very complete with a wide variety of fresh fruit and local products, the place is animated with large television screens to watch the news while having breakfast.

Our family of three loved this hotel experience as our first introduction to Portugal and Porto! All of the furnishings and fixtures were very high quality. The hotel is new so of course that was a great experience too. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and took great care of us from helping reconfigure our room to work better for our teenager to dining recommendations to booking a car tour.

Most of all, being in a historical building and location was an amazing experience. You could feel the history pulsing around us and we were able to experience all of Porto’s special atmosphere and sights so easily and conveniently.

Fantastic location with this hotel, just be aware that the street it is on is very noisy and the noise goes on all through the night and into the early morning. This includes lots of drunken singing, bottles being thrown out, and noisy seagulls. There is some charm to this, but if you are a light sleeper, try to get a higher floor and perhaps not facing the main road. Our room was on the first floor and faced the street, so we got the noise at full volume (room 1121). The rooms are small as well, but that seems to be how everything is in the center of Porto. That said, it was a lovely room, very clean, very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Service is very attentive and helpful.

A great tourist hotel. Bang in the centre of things in the pedestrianised zone. Much of central Porto is currently a construction site for the new metro line but thankfully the Pousada is not impacted.

The road in front has no traffic but it does have buskers and restaurants - we were at the rear of the hotel and I'd guess that the rooms at the front have good noise insulation.

The breakfast room got busy but they opened up the main restaurant when things got too cramped which made sense.

Our room was a reasonable size, had a few problems with the mini-safe but the management replaced it.

Note only official taxis can access the Rua das Flores, an Uber or equivalent wont be able to take you to the door.

This hotel is quite amazing, the decor is out of this world, the staff are some of the best I have met for a very long time. The hotel is chic and discreet. The attention to detail is incredible. It's location is perfect for all the lovely Porto life, however the new double glazed windows are totally soundproofed.
