Lovely friendly lady
We had a lovely time at this hotel.The lady was so nice and friendly We felt we had known her for ages and not meeting for the first time.She gave us the choice between 2 rooms.The rooms were comfortable and clean.The beds were very comfortable. We decided to have our dinner in the restaurant in the evening.It was very good and not expensive.Breakfast was good too.The waiter was very nice and helpful.

Great little hotel
Location is good, easy walking distance to historic area. Owner is really sweet and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, bathroom comparatively large, all very clean. We had dinner in the restaurant - was good value for 10 euros, fresh fruit salad for dessert was delicious. Breakfast was included and was good - fresh rolls, butter, ham, cheese and melon with orange juice and plenty of milk and coffee. Good value for money.

Met all our needs
Friendly helpful owner, room was clean and tidy. Basic but absolutely fine for our needs. Breakfast was fresh plums, bread and jam. Excellent central location for exploring the city centre on foot, and free parking.

In Braganca to learn about local history and culture, especially mask traditions
All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and adequately supplied. The hotel is on a quiet street, about 6 blocks from the bus station, a short walk. It is a few blocks to the main plaza. Museums and sites in walking distance.

Great service. Motorbike friendly.
Service sets this apart. We arrived mid afternoon by motorbike on a hot afternoon. Our room was not quite ready so we were ushered into the dining room and provided water, bread, cheese, fresh cherries and more whilst we waited for the room. Surprisingly at checkout there was no charge for these. There was no available parking outside so we had left our bikes on a hatched area expecting to move them once checked in. Local police came by issuing tickets to the cars - but put head into the hotel and just requested we move. Hotel owner then directed us to their secure parking area just round the corner. Location is ideal for central old town. Cannot fault the stay, would def use again.
