Wonderful staff, great breakfast (best during our vacation), location, view, comfort. Easy to get from the train station to Lisbon Airport. Train leaves every half hour, you get off at Oriente, go down three floors, ticket office to the subway on the left, Three stops and you are at the airport. We had to bus to terminal 2 (which is...

Room We were given the handicapped room, so the bathroom was bigger than usual, or so we were told. The windows opened out to the main street but with the double pane windows we could hear a little bit of the street sounds but it wasn't loud enough to keep us up at night. The beds were decently comfortable and...

I would book again this property just for the attitude. Professional, friendly, efficient, open, warm are the right épithètes to describe it. However, the rooms, the breakfast and the location are not to be neglected. I could reproach nothing even if I wished to do so. The rooms are comfortable (indeed, do not be misled by carpets) and spascious enough....

The hotel is magnificently beautiful within walking distance to Sintra's center. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. I Highly recommend this hotel for any traveler to Sintra! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and provide scenic views. Breakfast was also included for us, and it was a delicious way to start our journey through the village.

As a seasoned traveler, the Sintra Boutique Hotel got it completely right. From the fantastic service, car valet, bathrobes in the room, free drinks (water and juice) in minibar, central location, and just all around friendly and giving staff, I would definitely return.

We spent one night at the hotel which I can say it is too short. Excellent Service!!! Very friendly people, Tony and the other guy at the reception were really nice and helpful. We got very good tips where to go and enjoyed every minute. 200% value for your money.

We stayed two nights at SBH last week. It was excellent! The room was so inexpensive I was expecting something average, but we had an excellent room with a beautiful view of the Palacio Nacional. Breakfast was delicious, with good coffee, and great service. It was walkable to everything and the hotel looked after our car for the two days...
