We stayed here for a few days with friends. Overall, we had a good stay, below are good and not so good points.
Good Roof top pool and bar are a nice place to spend a sunny afternoon. We never had to look too hard for a lounger or seating at a table. Drinks prices as comparable to what I pay in UK. Bar service can be very slow, particularly when the staff insist on delivering the drinks to your table.
Breakfast is a buffet style affair. I was impressed with the selection available and quality of the food. The freshly ground coffee was great. The room does get busy, resulting in a people slalom when selecting food and returning to your table.
Gym is well stocked with CV and resistance kit and was never too busy when I visited.
Rooms are big enough with a comfortable bed and big spacious bathroom. They have a safe, tea/coffee facilities and fridge. We emptied the fridge of the hotel's offerings (payable) and filled it with stuff we bought from the supermarket. Rooms have very limited storage resulting in alot of our stuff remaining in our suit cases. The view we had was to the rear of the hotel. We called it a view of Lebanon, but we didn't come here to sit and admire the view from the room. Reception only give you one room key card per room and you need to key card to activate the electricity in the room. Problem is that you also need the room key to access the gym meaning my wife would either be left without electricity in the room or she would have ro come with me down to the gym to swipe me in then return to the room. A bit inconvenient.
Not so good Evening meal is a buffet like breakfast but with a reduced selection. We attended on the first night and found there was nothing there we'd eat and at 29.50 Euros per person, we found great food and at a better price out and about in the town.
The indoor pool steam and sauna is in the basement of the hotel and is run by an independent company, meaning additional charges. Also, you need to purchase and wear a rubber swim cap in the pool, but not in the hotel pool on the roof. Felt a bit of a twit wearing the swim hat. They told me it is mandatory as it is company policy.
When exploring the city I'd recommend buying a travel ticket that allows you to use all trams buses and metro. Use the metro to travel the long distances across the city, there's a station close to the hotel. We went on the famous tram 28. The queue to board was a nightmare, over 2 hour wait, then you are booted off half way around to join another queue for the return trip. I wouldn't bother with it. Recommended is the nearby 3D Museum, great fun and take a trip up Vasco da Gama Tower, the tallest building in Portugal. Great views across the city and of the bridge. The nearby cable car is also worth the trip.

From the welcome to the goodbye this was a really positive stay. We had 2 rooms booked and were really pleased when we turned up well before check in to find we could access one of them. This was great as we could freshen up and head out to experience Lisbon. Rooms we're a good size and double glazing kept out out most of the street noise below. The room had everything. A stool in the bathroom would help as the hairdryer is here. We had bed and breakfast and I it's one one of the best we have had. Get down before 8am for a quieter time. The staff were attentive and happy. The roof top pool and bar were great. We managed to get sunbeds each day around 3pm when we returned but after that it was very busy. The metro from the airport is one line with a 10min walk. We arrived on a Sunday when the nearest metro is closed so you can change and get closer. We walked twice into the centre and it took 45mis.we are fit and enjoyed exploring all the different areas. For all other times we got a metro zapper and put 20 euros on it each as soon as we got on at the airport. This covered us for 4 days going in and out of the various areas 2x a day (morning & night). A great stay. Nothing of note to improve.

Stayed here with friends at the end of October for 3 nights and could have zero complaints about my experience at this hotel. We arrived on the Saturday morning a few hours before check in and thankfully our room was ready to go which was an excellent start. Room was spotless to say the least with plenty of space, television worked fine, bathroom was perfect with a powerful shower, and most importantly air conditioning was available and easy to use. We also used the hotel bar located by reception a number of times and the service was brilliant. We managed to squeeze in a few hours at the indoor pool and spa which was a quality space and well worth the 13.50 for the day (Although the swim caps do cost extra which I thought was a bit disappointing considering they are a necessity in the pool). In terms of location, the hotel is a bit away from the centre of the city, however with the prices of Ubers and taxis, this was not an issue. We intend to return to Lisbon in the near future and I certainly hope to also be returning to the Jupiter Lisboa Hotel.

Positives : Baggage , bar , cleaning ,chefs, waiting staff and NIGHT reception are all polite and lovely with a willingness to help ALL customers . The rooms are spacious and have a window. The views from the rooftop and atmosphere upstairs is lovely and calming. Negatives : Reception staff in the morning/day time are very rude and have a can't be bothered attitude. 5 people on reception I waited in line while none of them offered to help for ages as they were too busy talking amongst themselves and prioritising White guests . The hotel doesn't feel very safe as at night only 1 receptionist on and people can just walk in and out as there's no security for the doors. The door to our room opened half way through the night so unsure who opened it as we had shut it that night . The beds sheets and robe for gown were not the cleanest . Dirty rag was left in the room after it had been cleaned . Booked this hotel to use the pools but if you want to use the heated indoor pool it's €17.50 per person for the day but it's only open till 8pm . Top tips: The standard rooms only come with shower gel/shampoo combo and no conditioner so if you have a small carry on be sure to pack extra conditioner. The stuff in the fridge in the room is NOT complimentary so bare that in mind . There's multiple transport links so can wonder about and explore easily. The free pool is the rooftop one which is NOT heated .

We stayed for 3 nights in standard double/twin room. I was a bit worried on arrival as the hotel fronts a very busy main road. Very close to Metro and bus routes. Convenience store opposite the hotel and a great cafe also. The window/full length door in the room was double glazed and once shut only a gentle hum of traffic was heard. Air conditioning worked well for warmer moments. Good room facilities with teas/coffees etc. complimentary large bottle of water supplied too. Comfy bed and lovely clean room. No major hotel noise heard either. Buffet Breakfast had its busy times (9-9:30am) but outside of these times was fine. Great selection of hot/cold food, cereals, pastries, juices and hot drinks (self serve). Evening meal in the hotel restaurant was an amazing hot/cold buffet, vast selection, includes starters, salads & desserts/ice cream, always fresh and well stocked, some unique dishes also. Excellent value at €27.50. We ate twice as we enjoyed it there so much. Staff very efficient/friendly throughout the hotel from room service, waiters and managers/front of house staff. Not sure I’d pay again for a days spa facilities again though. Small pool (lovely and warm though), jacuzzi had only 1 pump working and the steam room was out of action. So for €17.50 (guest rate) we felt a bit undersupplied. Overall a lovely roomy hotel, comfy and good value, with the option of very tasty food if required. We’d stay again definitely.

A very nice place, which I would definitely visit again. The room is very well equipped, fridge which is located in the mirror wardrobe, desk, armchair, tea and coffee making facilities, free water to start. I find the HDMI port at bedside particularly clever. But it didn't work. I had to unplug an HDMI cable so I could connect my TV stick. Maybe it was the cable. Great service that I got an extension cord on request because TV and desk, where the socket is located underneath, are so unfavorably arranged. Rooms were made every day. The bathroom is very good, I particularly like the shower with the optional insert, so you don't slip. I also liked the rain shower, even if the button went a bit heavy. The floor and shower rim looked a bit broken/scratched. The light switch arrangement on the bed is also particularly clever. I have always used the indirect on the sides of the bed, is enough and does not dazzle. Breakfast bombastic, I've never seen so much choice, at least not in a 4☆ hotel. I didn't use Spa, here you should reserve early with offers like Spa & Dine by mail. Unfortunately didn't work for me, was too late. Fitness room 24/7 is great. Both in the 1. Basement. Also a very nice courtyard, which you can see e.g. from the elevator. The rooftop bar and the outdoor swimming pool unfortunately closed over New Year's Eve. I'll have to try next time. Great location too. Ca. 300 m from Campo Pequeno and the entrance/exit of the metro just a few meters away. The station for city trains or e.g. to Sintra also only hundreds of meters away (Entrecampos).

I highly recommend this place! We arrived in Lisbon very early and were incredibly lucky: The rooms were already ready!
The whole Persoa l was super friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and spacious with plenty of storage space, and the bathroom equipped with huge bathtub and a rain shower.
We had a room inside which was very quiet, we would recommend if you are noise sensitive.
The breakfast buffet was a dream! So much choice, there's nothing missing. Again, huge praise to the friendly staff!
The roof terrace with pool is super nice. In December we could sit up in bright sunshine in T-shirts.
The subway is only a 5 minute walk away, but I can only recommend using Uber – much cheaper and super flexible!

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights bed and breakfast at end of February. The hotel is located within a minute's walk of Campo Pequeno metro station which makes it very convenient for travelling round Lisbon. Prior to our stay I'd emailed with a couple of requests re beds and shower and received prompt replies. The room we were allocated met our requests. The hotel is very clean and all the staff we encountered were efficient and helpful. The room was quite spacious, cleaned daily and towels etc changed every day/as requested. It was good the room had a kettle & tea/coffee supplies, a fridge/ minibar and a safe for valuables all included in room rate. Breakfast was buffet style and available until 10.30 which meant we could relax and enjoy. There was a vast selection of food on offer: everything from British type cooked breakfast, freshly made pancakes, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, pastries. etc. Absolutely fabulous! The staff cleared away used plates etc efficiently, without being intrusive. We were generally still at breakfast around 10.30 but were not hassled to finish and leave. We walked round the rooftop area which again is very clean and a lovely area for relaxing with a drink. We didn't use the pool or the lower level spa, although both were available. We returned to our room on the second day to find a gift of a cake and bottle of fizz in an ice bucket from the management to celebrate my birthday. A lovely surprise which was much appreciated and enjoyed!

This is a large modern hotel in mixed residential and commercial area a little outside the main downtown area of Lisbon. Rooms were clean and comfortable with nice modern decor and large bathroom. Had everything we needed. Rooftop pool and bar were nice although we only had time to use it once. Elevators were busy at certain times of the day so sometimes we had to wait for a couple to go by before one was free. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on the food as we did not eat in the restaurant. At first I wondered whether it would have been better to be in a hotel in the downtown areas so it would be easy to walk around those areas in the evening to soak up the atmosphere but there were many positives to this location. The metro is right next to the hotel so it was very easy and cheap to get to Alfama and other downtown areas. We were able to get a bus direct to Belem about a block from the hotel and it was less than 10 minutes walk to the station where we got a train to Sintra. So very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We found four really great neighborhood restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel that we would not have found if we had been downtown and the area was less busy than the main downtown areas. I thought the hotel was good value for the location and level of amenities. Overall very happy with our experience.

We had a wonderful time at the Jupiter for my long birthday weekend. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We didn't have a room with a view as we were on a budget but the room itself was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was great with plenty of fish, veggie or meat options. The staff were very attentive taking drinks orders, topping up water glasses and cleaning plates. Location-wise it is right by the entrance to the Campo Pequeno Metro stop which makes it perfect for easy travel around the city. My only side note was the spa could have been better. The pool was quite cold, the steam room couldn't keep up the steam with people going in and out and the "standing jacuzzi" was just weak bubbles through the floor. It was still a fairly nice place to relax though, and we didn't try the treatments. Overall it is definitely somewhere I would come back to again as the staff, food and rooms were great.
