This hotel serves well for MEO Arena and Oriente train station (direct link to airport), it's every bit the 4 stars it deserves. Breakfast is bang on. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and well functioning... good value 👍🏼

Modern hotel very close to the airport and to the metro and train station, close to all the restaurants, services and distractions that Parque das Nações has to offer. The staff is pleasant enough and professional, nice breakfast, confortable room and the hotel provides paid parking which is very handy.

First time in this hotel. Nice rooms with predictable layout. Excellent bed, good lighting, nice bathroom with bath, bidet and toilet. Amenities provided. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent. Wide range of foods, breakfast basket, fruits, drinks, cheeses, meats, etc. Garage under the hotel. Elevators have selector buttons outside so mind before you get in! The location...

Close to the airport and to the Oriente station (the metro red line), where the Vasco da Gama shopping centre is located. Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast and excellent buffet dinner (self-service) with lots of different hot and cold dishes to choose from. Good for long walks along the river, near the Vasco da Gama bridge, and the cable...

We chose hotel as very close to airport. Lobby looked very nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. The rug and chairs were filthy ( have pics ). Sink in bathroom had a drain stopper that would not come up. Advised staff of filthy room and only got a shrug!! Never stay here again.

We usually stay at a different hotel in Lisbon Oriente, but this time we tried the Olissippo as we'd heard a bit about it and it certainly looks the part. We arrived to a busy reception desk and, having made a request when booking, asked for a higher floor room away from the lift. The receptionist checked and told us...

Great hotel, very friendly staff, delicious food, great location right in the center of Lisbon beside the very well known "Plaza Vasco da Gama". It's located right across the metro/train station "Oriente" and right in front of the famous "Lisbon Oceanario".

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Pros - Excellent location for the Oriente station (trains and metro) More than adequate breakfast although it can get a bit busy at times A short walk to some decent restaurants near the water Helpful staff all of whom speak English Cons - none to speak of really - the décor in...

Staying in Parque das Nacoes

Neighbourhood Profile
Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and structures that once were the home of all the Expo's attractions and exhibits are still culturally and artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the amazing Lisbon Oceanarium (one of the most spectacular things you'll ever see in the city) will take your breath away: its respect and will to preserve natural wildlife is uncanny. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi from the city center, Parque das Nações is highly recommended for anyone who'll spend more than 3 days in the Portuguese capital.
