Probably the best location in lisbon to enjoy the famous bairro alto ! This small boutique hotel is perfectly nestled in the center of the city ! The rooms are small but well equipped and the service Is generally good ( except on the terrace which is overcrowded with outside guests !) The gym is small but well equipped ......

A great hotel with faboo views of the water in the most fun part of Lisbon. All in All PERFECT. Check it out - you will be so glad you did!!! I loved everything about it The rooms were comfortable and the bar looking out over the water was terrific. Every morning the buffet was better than the day before...

Wonderful hotel in the center of Lisbon, easy walking distance to many sites. Staff are very friendly and professional, from the doorman to the wait staff in the restaurants. We had a beautiful room overlooking the square, could be noisy late at night. Roof top bar was a favorite spot and would get very busy, just relax and take in...

Give the staff my highest complements. I got help with a strong cardboard box in which I put several valuable Port wine bottles. The doormen put rope around the box. I checked it in Lisbon on TAP Airlines and it arrived beautifully in NY. Great Job!!! Great location. Beats the Four Seasons Lisbon!!!

Lovely hotel in the older amazing side of Lisbon . Rooms were well appointed and you could tell a renovation done well. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The maps of city were slightly exaggerated and walking places is highly recommended. They look further on the map. There was an odour that came out of vents on a few...

Wonderful rooms with great views. Large well appointed rooms. The restaurants within the hotel are first rate. There is a terrace rooftop deck with great views and cocktails. The staff are very nice and helpful giving suggestions on places to visit and even mapping out directions. This is a first class boutique hotel that offers a lot for your money.

Far from cold luxury this boutique hotel combines classy sophistication and professionalism with friendly service. Nothing was too much to ask. Very well located for trams and trains and tuk tuks and taxi. The fantastic roof bar is very popular yet maintains an intimacy worth queuing for. We loved the view of the Lisbon skyline with the Golden Gate bridge...

Let me start by saying this is an excellent place, with even better staff located in the 'heart' of the city, Bairro Alto. It was our first trip to Lisbon and we picked well for 6 days and five nights. The hotel has excellent breakfast, a restaurant, another bar and the best room-top bar in the city. The beds are...

From the moment you arrive fantastic hospitality...everyone wants to help..quite old fashioned in a great way. Room was a really nice single so quite small but well furnished and maintained...shower in particular was good. Not ideal for working as there was a dresser but no desk for my laptop...plug points a bit sparse too. Food was excellent both breakfast and...

“ Room facilities excellent. Older visitors (with vulnerability) need to check access to bath or shower as this particular room had high step in to bath and shower.... but bathroom immaculate with snow white towels etc. If no tea facilities just ask.”
