Don't book this place if you don't wanna bring some 'pets' back home. The hostel is full of bed bugs. The worst thing is, it seems like they don't care about the problem. If you cancel the nights, you won't get the money in return. Unfortunately, staff is really nice and the locations is good.

Good location, 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. Friendly staff (weird that some did not speak Portuguese). Problems with bugs in one night, some guests checked out immediately (the room I stayed in was clean, so no problems). Clean sheets, lockers in rooms. Wi-fi only working in the common area. The garden was great, the kitchen is clean. The...

I stayed in Lisbon for a few days to take care of some documents, and the first Hostel I came across was PH Lisbon, which was located literally just across the street. Accessible prices, I stayed in a shared room with two other strangers (both women), which was a little unconfortable but I just needed a place to lay down...

Good price, loved the fact that every room has personal lockers. Nice smiling staff and environment also nice design I really liked the outdoor patio, as I am a smoker and I hate the fact that every time I have to smoke in the entrance. It's useful that there is a kitchen too not every hostel has that. The only...

Don't ever stay in this hostel. It's the worst hostel I've ever been to. From the moment I arrived it was terrible. I have been really ill and when I arrived I was coughing, the receptionist was so rude to me, telling me to 'just relax' in a really patronising way. I was coughing because I was ill, I can...

I stayed for four nights and my experience was average. I stayed in a 8 female dorm room. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, also has individual lockers for every guest. You have access to kitchen to cook meals, however it is locked from 11pm to 8 am, so you do not have access. The hosts were somewhat...

We stayed for 6 nights and loved every second. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, in particular NELLY who went out of her way to help us out on many occasions. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the hostel was in a good location. the open garden area was very sociable and had a good atmosphere. The...

PH Lisbon was the first hostel we stayed in on a month long interrailing trip around Europe. The hostel was absolutely amazing and something that we continued to talk about for the whole trip. Even though in general we stayed in a great selection of places, PH Lisbon was by far the best and we'd love to return back one...

We arrived to PH hostel after several problems with the other hostel we had booked and Claudia, the unique "factotum" of the hostel was extremely helpful and saved us in a moment of very high stress. We were given a dorm the first nights and then a huge double room as soon as it was available. She's the best!!! :)...

Great staff and very clean hostel. Very good breakfast. It's a bit far from the tube, but there are plenty of buses around. It can be noisy sometimes and the wi-fi wasn't great. Good value for money, though.
