Wow, luxury at its finest. Definitely will be back. Staff super friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are spacious, and modern. The pool views are magical. The food is delicious and the bar staff sure know how to make a banging cocktail!

Absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived I felt so special. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been too and I’ve traveled a lot. Special thank you to Nuno for making my birthday special. Amazing experience!! João, Marta and Nuno were really friendly and helpful in every need. The best service I have seen in a hotel. The facilities are luxurious while still comfortable. On a last note they take great measures to insure areas are sanitized and not overcrowded. I’ll surely visit this hotel in the future.

We stayed for a long weekend, having in mind that we just wanted to relax and be safe. We chose this hotel because we had already a really nice experience in EPIC SANA Algarve, so the expectations were high. Nothing we could have imagined was enough to describe our stay at EPIC SANA Lisboa. Everybody made us feel home, safe and there for everything we needed so that we could be relaxed and enjoy. We would love to specially mention the team at the breakfast, who despite all the special measures taken due to the COVID-19 pandemic, could still give an extraordinary service, full of good, fresh and selected products(with an extended variety of options). Also at the reception, the spa and at the Scale bar, everybody was really kind and professional. Not sure about gluten free bread. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with a wide range of choices and variety of breakfast foods.

Uber easy to book and very cheap! It is best to call/email the hotel as when we stayed there the pool and gym were being refurbished, which we didn't know until we arrived there.

Hi Natalie the question did not arise as we were staying there but it is small’ish and I would not imagine they would allow non-guests to use it.
