My wife and I stayed here for four nights. The rooms are very modern and reasonably spacious. Access to the hotel is by a code which they send to you a couple of days before arrival. Unfortunately they sent us the wrong one. We were lucky that someone was on duty when we arrived. There are not always people on...

These hotel apartments are perfect for a mini break to Lisbon. My boyfriend booked and we weren't disappointed - the clean modern rooms are spacious and comfortable and perfectly set to explore all the sights Lisbon has to offer. Perfect location!! Would definitely recommend

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the great review! I think that our location at Rua de Alecrim in the Chiado district is in fact on spot. Up the street we have the trendy Bairro Alto, Chiado and Principe Real and down the street, an area that was a bit trashy in the past, Cais do Sodre, has become...

It is a modern hotel, perfect for independent travelers. It is cool that you do not need keys but just the code they send you. The design is very modern, rooms do not even have closet! It has some hangers ... so I guess that if you stay long time you may struggle with your clothes. It is also very...

Dear Guest, I thank you for the comprehensive review. I wish you had let us know about the neighbours noise, we could have tried to act on it. Regarding the street noise, you are right, our street Rua Alecrim is really busy, especially on Friday and Saturday night. It is nice to be close to so much activity but it...

The room is spacious and comfortable. They have welcome gifts ( wine and chocolate) placed on the side table. The best part is the location is near to the timeout market and the train and ferry terminal. There are couple of nice restaurants in the surroundings. The only headache is to find a parkin space for my car.

Dear Guest, I thank you for the nice review. There is street parking available in front of the hotel but this works only for small periods of time as you have to insert coins in the machine for max. 2h. We always recommend the public underground parking of Ribeira / Timeout Market, just 300m away from us. It is very...

Lovely little hotel with quirky rooms in a good spot for the river and close to restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable but not much cupboard space which wasn't a problem as we were only there for a couple of nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the nice review. You are right, we have a minimalistic approach in the rooms design and furniture, with just a few hangers on the wall. But we do have extra solutions for storage in the rooms that we can make available on request. If you come back one day, please let us now...

We found this "not a hotel" in the heart of lower old town. Walk to breakfast and around the old town district. Just up the hill from the bay. Nicely remodeled rooms. The entire lower part of Lisbon is under going re-construction so some noise in the morning is common but the location couldn't be better. If you have a...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the nice review. I am glad your experience with us was good. For car parking we normally recommend the Ribeira park, down the street, which is just as close but a lot cheaper (12,50€/day vs 45€). Best regards, Sonia

This is a place in the old town part of Lisbon. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops but also to all the public transportation. The building has been totally renovated and is very modern. It is on a busy street but the street noise does not bother me and if you close all the shutters you...

Dear Guest, Thanks for the lovely review! Especially at Friday and Saturday night it gets a bit noisy in the street (we are right in the middle of the action!). For most people, the shutters resolve the issue but for more noise sensitive guests, when we know in advance, we always try to offer the rooms facing the back of...

This is a small boutique hotel that was modern, clean, and had many designer touches. Our room had a kitchenette which was nice. There is no elevator and there is no full time desk staff. If you have questions you call a number listed in your room. You access the accommodations by entering a key code at the front door...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the nice review. I am very sorry that you were disappointed with the fact that we don't provide breakfast. We do say it clearly in our website and booking portals but I guess the category "B&B and Inn's" where we are placed in Tripadvisor may be misleading. In other languages the category has a more...

Our priorities traveling in the summer by car with children are: clean & quiet room, air-condition, strong wi-fi and access to a decent car park. Hall Chiado offers it all (except for the parking - a large public garage further up the street solved that problem). Add to that a perfect location with a few hundred metres down the hill...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Parking in Chiado district is a bit difficult as you say.
