The perfect location could not compensate for paper thin walls, cold showers and a stained towels.   Unfortunately our en suite room should never have been a room in the first place. It was located opposite the kitchen area and we were woken up each morning by the rattle and clatter of cutlery and plates. Our room was adjacent to...

Good value for money! It has a very good location if you want to enjoy the city. Employees were very friendly and helping :) Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Social area is very well decorated and it has enough space. I would probably stay here again the next time.

First off, this hotel is in one of the best locations in the city. It is quite a small city and all the main public transport links leave from the square two minutes walk away. The negative would be that the beds were the hardest I've ever experienced. It made it very difficult to sleep at times for me personally....

Well there was no AC although promised in the double room. The shared shower had a window to the smoking room.. Do I need to say more. Was disappointed to say the least. I would recommend couples to get a hotel room w 10eur extra per night instead. Location was though great, and service was good. Facilities not so.

Stayed at this hostel for 4 nights when travelling through Lisbon alone. Small, cosy atmosphere (I was staying in the only dorm room as all others appeared to be privates), and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast has a good selection and facilities are generally extremely clean. The central location is also superb - would definitely consider staying there...
