This was our third visit to Lisbon & the Real Palacio Hotel. As always the hotel was comfortable & the staff friendly & polite. However, we found that the breakfast was not as organised as on previous visits as tables were not cleared & food not replenished as promptly as we would have expected. Also, after our first night the...

Arrived at midnight, and reception staff were very efficient and welcoming. Comfortable, quiet room, and comfy beds!! Good breakfast, but spoilt by claustrophobic subterranean cellar location, with uncomfortable elbow to elbow dining!!

In general we had a very pleasant stay. We would certainly return. However, there were a few minor problems, each of which taken alone would not amount to much but which added together became irritating. We think a double bedroom should include 2 armchairs for the comfort of guests. In the bathroom the toilet seat was loose and there were...

Good choice as base for city attractìons and good variety of local restaurants. The free spa is a welcome addition after a tiring day sight seeing. Pity about the noisy building work at adjoining building which spoilt the ambience of the courtyard. Only complaint is the small and often crowded breakfast dining room

This is a nice looking hotel with impressive public areas. But the issue I have, having stayed in such hotels, is this is not of 5* standard. At best in my view it is a 3*+ So why? This is where I think it is failing to live up to 5* quality. Breakfast: this was chaotic. We saw people being...

I booked this hotel half board and happy I made this choice. The dinner offered 3 course and they were nicely presented and very delicious. Location is good and Lisbon has so much to offer and I love the city.

We do encourage saving environment and reuse towels However the towels need to be dry for reuse which did happen and we had to ask for towels The rooms need to have some type of dryer so that the towels can be reused

A good Hotel location, quiet & near to the Metro. We were recommended to stay in the older Palace wing & on booking this request were advised this would be arranged at our check-in. Our request was refused as "no rooms available" - we were unimpressed & said so; however after a few hours we were told that rooms were...

This hotel is north of the old town, but is 5 minutes to the metro stop. Aso Lisbon's metro system is first class, this location is an advantage being in a quieter part of town. The room was modern, clean and excellent. The full breakfast, included in our price, was great. They do a good tour bus business so you...
