The place is nice and clean. Service is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, nothing unusual. The location is very good, you can take short walk to the centre. There are two vegetarian restaurants around plus other.

It was an inexpensive hotel, so perhaps it is to be expected. The bed was like sleeping right on the springs. Just wasn't very comfortable at all. At check in we were given port wine, so that was cool. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest rail station but it wasn't so bad.

With out any doubt I would say one of the best hotel stays in portugal. Stayed there for 7 days . Amazing customer service , staff always willing to help . Strongly recommend. Close to all main attractions.

No frills hotel in great location. The decor lacks any kind of imagination but it is on a dead end street and very quiet. It's a 5 minute walk from Avenida Metro station. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. If you go right and climb up the steep steps you end up in the Bairro Alto and if you go left,...

Room 34 was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel was central to everything we wanted to do and see - couldn't have asked for a better location. Even though it was up the top of a steep hill, it was totally worth the climb (my legs are stronger for the experience!) The Front Desk Staff was incredibly helpful, and was...

The room we booked which was double bed was unavailable so we were forced to stay in twin beds for a night. The twins were very uncomfortable. Staff is attentive and very helpful when needed and spoke English well.

Really friendly welcome from the chap on reception with efficient check in. As soon as we had completed this formality he got us a map and knowing we were only there for a two night stay pointed out on the map locations that we may wish to take in during our whistle stop tour and also the means by which...

Although this hotel was not my first choice, I was pleasantly surprised : we got top floor room with amazing panoramic view to Lisbon. Located 5 min walk from Rossio square and train station, central and comfortable , honest 3 star hotel. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of fruits and everything else - and good coffee (. Important to me😄)....

This place is near the heart of many things to do. Mind you, Lisbon is a very hilly place, so there's a little up hill walking to get here. It's a little hard to find on foot the first few days. The staff was fairly kind, and somewhat helpful ... some more than others. We had no issues with our...
