This is a delightful hotel, with welcoming and very friendly staff and a wonderful ambience. The location is almost directly opposite the Museu de Arte Antiga, which has a fine collection of medieval and later art objects as well as a regular touring exhibitions. The museum's terrace cafe has a fantastic view of the river - well worth stopping off...

Located between Lisbon center and Jerónimos Monastery, and close to the Tago, Palacio Ramalhete looks like a luxurious and warm house, with a very nice decoration, excellent breafast, and staff always ready to help you find a restaurant or your way towards your destination. There are a lot of excellent restaurants close by (including one in the very same building,...

Internet was not working in the room during our stays. Needed to use the wifi from nearby restaurant in the hotel lobby. Living room in the suite was dark and no heat. Run by very young staff with inconsistent service quality

What a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lisbon. The hotel staff were so friendly and extremely accommodating to us and our noisy child. We even got a totally unexpected room upgrade which made all the difference. Would definitely return.!

We dragged ourselves in after an all night flight, unshaven, unslept and incoherent. We found waiting for us: (1) a converted mansion, secret passages and all; (2) a staff of helpful, smart, fun people; (3) A most welcoming terrace and pool; and, (4) a perfect location for wandering aimlessly. This is a marvelous place. Delightful room. Delicious breakfast included. Stay...

We went here for Mrs Piglet's birthday and were delighted. The innocuous looking front door gave way to a small vestibule with a lovely Xmas tree. The lounges and bar were very comfortable. The service was super friendly and really flexed around us. A pleasant 15 minute walk into the real centre of town. And really beautiful rooms, we especially...

Dear Guests, It brings music to our ears to know that the birthday celebration rightfully special, and that this special occasion was memorable. Magnificent hotel: 12 beautiful decorated rooms in an ancient villa. Public rooms, like the breakfast room are comfortable and luxureous. A small swimming pool with luxury beds complets this little pearl in Lisbon. Compliments to the high quality staff, which is friendly and extremely helpful.
