The renovated rooms as a 4 star hotel, also new furniture, plasma tv, heat, comfortable and big bed, new sheets. Every day was cleaning the room, changing towels, the staff nice and helpful. Continental breakfast: cheese, ham, butter, jam, pastries, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, fruit. The area of the hotel is quite, clean, safe, across the street from the hotel...

Quite close to Campo Pequeno metro station. Just walk out from hotel and you can access a minimarket (much bigger you can find near the metro station, open until 10 PM ) and gym. Friendly staff, gave us advice about supermarkets nearby. The bed was like a sponge. Really small elevator

Basic restaurant for a good price. Beds are okay and rooms have enough space for two. Rooms have windows that provide fresh air and the over all temperature is okay. Wifi is free but there is only one plug to charge smartphone and ipad. TV is mmissingbut for us this is not an issue

Stayed in the hotel for one night just to catch an early flight next day. Located very close to the metro station and only 15min away from the airport by taxi with traffic. Hotel is simple, stayed in a twin room with my partner. Beds were very confortable, but obviously twin beds are not ideal for couples but it was...

We stayed for two nights; twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom, third floor facing the main avenue. It was alright, but we didn't expect more for the price. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities one could expect in a hotel like this. There was no hair dryer but we asked for one at the...

I booked a room with balcony and was expecting Wi-Fi in the room, as advertised. The Wi-Fi was unavailable in guest rooms halfway through my stay. What was really annoying was that the reception staff couldn't have cared less. Also, when I entered my room (with balcony) I was met with a notice stating that I couldn't go onto the...

Excellent location - one block from Metro station in a central quiet part of Lisbon. Basic room but comfortable and roomy enough for two. Good for a couple of days. Basic breakfast included - but good. There are several reasonably priced restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel including a great Chinese buffet! A good spot to stay if you're...

Very nice quiet stay in Feb 2014, but the room was quite cold and no heater available. Very quiet and shy stafff at reception, room and bathroom clean and great location especially if you are coming for a gig at campo pequeno, the venue is like 5 min walk, underground 2 min.
