The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Cleaning is good. Breakfast is adequate but can be as expected in a 2 star hotel. Bar is situated in the restaurant which is on the top floor, happy hour is from 18.30 (20% discount) restaurant opens at 19.00...... The distance from the hotel to the center of the city is...

This hotel could do with a bit of a make-over but although the room was small it was clean and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The bathroom was also kept clean but the hot water took ages to get hot and the plumbing was noisy ( as were the neighbours who could be heard through the rather thin...

I stayed for 2 nights. This is a classic hotel. Open 24 hours. Didnt find my room too clean, but the accommodation was ok. I was in this hotel hotel, i choose this neighborhood because a friend of mine was staying in this neighborhood. It was for a birthday party. I would not choose this neighborhood for a 2nd time....

Stayed here for one night, with breakfeast. Excellent location (center of Lisbon). It's a old hotel (but not in a good way, but could be) . Anitque entrance, old (and slow and few) elevators. ROom could be more modernized and cleaner (and the badrooms) . The worst part was the breakfeast . it seems they are not prepared if many...

The hotel is in need of modernisation, some rooms better than others It is guite an old hotel, however the location is perfect for those spending a few days in Lisbon. The buffet breakfast is fine with a fairly good selection of food on offer. The restuarant is on the 10th floor and was very busy each morning,a problem with the lifts as they...

- Extremely tired decor and DIRTY! - Room FAR too hot with no way to control. - Got in late after travelling and had no hot water. - My two colleagues had the same complaints about their rooms. - The staff were moody and depressing...as were the guests; probably because they didn't know how bad their experience would be. -...

High expetations are always caused by the images provide. This is a really old Hotel. And my photos can speak for me. There are no new things. It's old with holes in the walls, besides moisture and cracks! The shower is not proper for an hotel. ( check the photos attached ) It was found on the hallways from the...

The hotel location is very good close to the metro, tour buses and shopping. What is missing is the update of the hotel. Our room was adequate for sleeping however my bed size request and a non smoking room was not honoured. Daily breakfast was average with fresh fruit being questionable on some days. Overall the hotel was more like...

Very nice location; 20 minutes walk to the center and 5 mins walk to 2 subway stations. Satisfied with the room: it had all i needed: mirrors, useful furniture pieces, electrical outputs. You may be surprised, I've stayed in rooms with just one output. The fridge wasn't working, but they changed it. The room was cleaned daily. The bathroom had...

Hotel has nice location. You can reach historical center in twenty minutes walk. Also subway station Parque situated nearby. Eduardo 7th definetely has its style, it may seem old fashioned. Interior of the rooms is not new, but mostly it's working. Standart room that we had wasn't very large, but we spent most of the time outside, so that didn't...
