The quality was as expected from other reviews and was as expected Location was ideal, local to cafes and restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel was 5 star. Had a problem with the pillows in the room but this was quickly resolved without any fuss. recommended for a quick getaway

We are a family of 4 so are somewhat limited in finding quad or family hotel rooms in the city. We needed to stay one night in Lisbon before flying home. This hotel was just a couple of subway stops from the sete rios train station where we arrived from the Agarve and right across the street from a subway...

The quality was very good, the attention great and the room clean and confortable. Also the breakfest was really complete. The location was excellent, in front to the subway station and very close to the CC Corte Ingles. Nothing to complaint.

Inexpensive (relatively) and well collated hotel just across the street from the metro stop. No outside noise at night, walking distance from the shopping center full of cafes and other stuff that you might need. Staff is professional and polite even dealing with my issues ( I managed to mess up my reservation). They did everything they could to sort...

I dont normally write reviews of a hotel a second time but since i visit Lisbon frequently and have stayed before in the Hotel Principe I thought it might be worth reviewing it again nearly nine months later. So I arrived on a Friday , was welcomed by staff who remembered my previous stay.....and gave me the same room which...

We chose this place because based on other reviews we thought it would be problem free, and it was. We would certainly stay here again. I do have a few complaints, but they are not serious problems. The walls are a little thin, and you can hear loud noises from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was not very good...

The hotel is located at the end of the metro line from the airport immediately opposite the metro exit (if you get the right exit that is as not clearly signed). Staff are very friendly and helpful but professional too. A good selection of choice for breakfast with meats, cheeses, cereal, fruit juice, croissants, yoghurts. Lots of tables and staff...

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood very safe. Our room was at 7th floor facing street, but the window soundproof was good. The room was reasonably clean except the bathroom always had a light foul smell when the fan was turn off automatically. Breakfast was reasonably good. This is the only hotel we stayed (8) provide cut...

We loved this hotel. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast room was very bright and selection of food was very good. Hotel right beside a tube stop which was very useful for getting around all the sights. Brilliant large shopping centre just around the corner as well with a great tapas bar.

Wonderful stay in this hotel, thanks to TA reviewers. Directions spot on...get off train, walk back along platform, up steps to Duque d'Avila exit, look across road & there's the hotel. Staff couldn't be nicer, so friendly & helpful, advising the best places to go & how to get there. We had room 806 which was spotless and very roomy....
