Beautiful stylish hotel in a great location, easy to find, convenient for the Airport bus, only a 15 minute walk to the city centre yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The building is historically interesting and sympathetically preserved yet highly functional and with every modern convenience. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I can find no fault with the Hotel Britania. The staff organised our new year's eve for us in a fab restaurant on the waterfront. Ideal for the fireworks. Nothing was too much trouble. We all felt very comfortable. The rooms were lovely, large and styled with some very nice art deco furniture. We all loved staying here and would...

The Britania is quite small hotel in the central part of Lisbon. It only serves breakfast. the staff speak some English and are quite friendly and helpful. One drawback is that there are not many facilities such as restaurants or museums near it.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us and to give us the opportunity to clarify some points about the location of our hotel. The Britania is located on the back of a central block of the exclusive Avenida Liberdade – Lisbon’s main street (former Rossio Public Boulevard). There are many attractions as well as many restaurants and cafés in...

This hotel delivers everything it promises A totally restored hotel with large rooms ( usually boutique hotels means tiny rooms ) appointed with comfortable beds and linen and bathroom amenities. The breakfast that is included offers many healthy choices and there is also complimentary tea and dainties from 4:30-8:00 pm. The staff are charming , helpful and personable

Stayed here before Christmas. Got a good price and booked on the basis of the TripAdvisor reviews. It's a small hotel with an incredible history. I love the way they t has been stripped back to its historical original state! As a result the floors are polished cork not to everyone's taste but warm. The bathroom and general fittings are...

This is one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in. The location is great in the centre of Lisbon, one block from the main historic avenue yet quiet. Close by are wonderful restaurants,The art decor is most superb, as is learning of its interesting history, with famous writers, intellectuals living in. The breakfasts are really good, huge strawberries...

This is a superb hotel that has been beautifully restored to its art deco glory of the 40s. After long days of sightseeing it was great to return here, relax, and recharge the batteries. There was a nicely cooked breakfast buffet every morning, being constantly replenished by the staff, along with an ample supply of port to relax with during...

This is lovely hotel - interesting decor, large room, enormous beds, good breakfast, pleasant staff. It's a 10 minute walk into town and close to the metro and the airport bus stop. There are several neighborhood restaurants nearby where you can get a decent meal. Quite expensive though.

I highly recommend this hotel in Lisbon. The location is perfect. The rooms are very big and beds extremely comfortable. The staff is amazing. The breakfast buffet has variety. If you ask for anything more the staff accommodates you. Don't hesitate to book. You won't be disappointed.
