We had a really great time at the Corpo Santo. Nuno Pereira and his staff treated us like family. Upon arrival, after settling in, Nuno gave us a tour of the historic hotel, and a 1 1/2 hour tour of the area. We've never been to a hotel where such attention was provided. We loved the amenities; snacks and cocktails every night, a complementary massage, and a complementary array of drinks in the room. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot fully express my gratitude for the warm and welcoming reception to Corpo Santo Hotel and everything the entire staff has done to make my stay in Lisboa absolutely perfect. PS - the personal touches, the special surprises placed in the room, the nightly turn-down service, and the bath time experience (which is totally unique and amazing!) are all things that put this hotel ahead of the others. A few notable mentions, in addition to every staff member being so kind and professional: It all started with Pedro (guest ambassador) for taking my original inquiry phone call 7 weeks ago and working his magic to get me a room. Edgar (doorman) who so happily greeted me with a smile every day, helped me with my bags, and took care of parking my car. Eduardo (doorman) for being my technology angel and saving me from going insane. Diana (front desk) who so patiently took care of my many questions and needs. Hugo (food & beverage) who welcomed me each night at happy hour with a full description of the wine/port and appetizer. Christopher (food & beverage) who made sure I was fed and happy every morning at breakfast. Diana, Victoria, and Beatriz (guest services) who take guests on excellent and informative walking tours of Lisboa, as well as helping me plan my trip, secure reservations, and create itineraries for my days here. And you, Pedro, you are the shining star by which your staff is guided. You lead by example, going above and beyond by providing five-star customer service to all who stay at the Corpo Santo Hotel as your guests. My sister, cousins and I stayed at the lovely Corpo Santo in March 2023. To say we were blown away would be an understatement. The customer service was top tier. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable, helpful and most of all pleasant. The food and drinks were comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Housekeeping was stealthy and swift and the massages were the best we've ever experienced. The hotel is very well kept and a beautiful sight to behold. We felt like family and cannot wait to return to our new home in Lisboa. Thank you to all for making our sister-cousin trip one we'll never forget!

As a group of 4 ladies, we had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and professional- nothing was too much. We all had a full body massage on our last day, and we were so pleased we booked in for an extra 30 minutes. Again the staff were lovely and professional and gave a very good massage! The cocktails in the bar were also very good, served by friendly waiters. We had an afternoon in the spa area, it had everything you needed and a relaxing atmosphere. The gym area was small but had enough room for two-four people, the equipment was enough for a good workout. The lobby area had lovely snacks throughout the day, an ice cream machine and water. We had an interconnecting room which had everything we needed. The very lovely ladies, cleaned twice a day if you wanted them to. Overall we had the best time exploring the city from this hotel as it had a very good location, and it always felt like a treat when we arrived back to friendly staff, delicious food and drink and a comfortable room.…

This hotel was Perfect from the staff, to the rooms, food, location, and everything else in between!!! I would definitely stay here again and suggest that everyone else stay here too. I don't have one complaint. They made us feel more than welcome! here are some examples of the wonderful things that they did for us! 1. Secured reservations at a restaurant that was nearly impossible to get into. 2. Arranged private transportation to the airport at 2:00AM for 5 people with a million bags of luggage and made sure we had breakfast even though the kitchen was not open during that time. 3. We reserved several rooms for our trip and they were able to let us check in early. 4. Provided snacks while we were just hanging out in the lounge area without us having to ask, they just brought them to us. They also did this on a daily basis during our trip. 5. Provided umbrellas on rainy days to take with us when we were out in the city. 6. Turn down service every night with snacks left in our rooms. The list could go on and on for the great service provided by the hotel's staff. I traveled with 5 other family members and we meet in Lisbon and picked the hotel based on other travelers reviews. I stayed in Room #218 which was nice! We also rent rooms #307, 114, 203, and 204 each room was unique and did not disappoint! We loved our family trip and want to thank the following staff: Ecuardo, Sande, Paulo, Andre, Jeco, Ribero, and anyone else I didn't mention or spell their name correctly. A big thank you to the staff at Corpo Santo hotel for holding a reservation we made in March 2020 that was continually postponed by pandemic conditions. We were finally able to make the trip in 2023 and it was worth waiting for. The staff is fantastic to a person and it is clear that customer service is an important point for them. The hotel is in a great location - easy to get to from the Cais do Sodre train/metro station and easy to walk to pretty much anything in the downtown/Alfama areas of the city. The amenities are great; 24/7 snacks in the lobby, free happy hour every evening, complimentary minibar, free tasty breakfast, and a wonderful spacious room. We also took two great walking tours led by guest services managers Pedro and Anna that were excellent introductions to the city to help us determine where to spend more time. This was an unexpected but fantastic offering by two enthusiastic people who clearly enjoy their city. Corpo Santo deserves the high ratings it gets on TripAdvisor. Our experience at Corpo Santo was fantastic. We loved the tour, conducted by Pedro, which was informative and very fun. He was helpful and courteous throughout our stay, always asking what he could do for us. Highly recommend Corpo Santo!

Great location, outstanding amenities, worth every penny. Staff were above and beyond. Rooms were very clean, mini bar always re-stocked. Ice cream all day and drink down a n the lobby with a appetizer. Valet parking was included..along with a breakfast in which was outstanding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Corpo Santo hotel. Every single member of the team were incredibly helpful, particularly at the front of house. The hotel has a very warm atmosphere and there are loads little extra touches that made the stay special. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice from the menu, cocktails were delicious, and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet despite the central location, and in perfect condition. If I go to Lisbon again, I'll be staying there!

This hotel is so lovely and the service is excellent. However, the best perk of staying here is the complementary walking tours with Pedro Falcão. He is so kind and fun, but most importantly, he is very knowledgeable. The tour was long and informative and he went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. He speaks multiple languages fluently and did our tour in both English and French. Highly recommended!
