We did find this hostel just by chance because we planed to pass Lisbon because normaly we don't like big touristspots like that but people we met on our trip told us about an amazing city and so we changed our plan and tried to make a pleasant city stay but it was a mistake for sure1 We came to...

Just to give you a hint, you get earplugs for each person and that's bcs of the noise outside. Apart from that, breakfast included, clean and well equipped in all you need. Good value for a fair price. And even though the room was small we still managed to get some sleep.

While we traveled arround europe we did find the Alface hostel of Lisboa just by Chance. Ok, it is summertime and many travelers are on the run but we were lucky and found two beds in this hostel. The staff was friendly but also buissy because we were not the only ones who arrived this day and time. But Ok,...

In the first moment i thought we made a great deal because the hostel looks very well from outside. But we steped in and the first problem was there. We booked in advance but nobody in the...

The Alface hostel in Lisbon is a nice place to stay. Me and my friend Graça stayed for three nights. We were in a ten beds mix dorm which was not really clean. Bathrooms are the same, not really clean but more a foult of the guests who don`t care about other people. Breakfast was included in the price but...

this hostel is right in Barrio Alto, above and amongst some of the 300 bars which the area is famous for. It makes it very noisy at night, but the hostel, thoughtfully, provides ear plugs. We had a twin room which, while very basic, was clean, secure and had comfortable beds. Shared bathroom, again, clean and with good showers. The...

This hostel is very nice, we were in a 10-beds mix dorm. Hostel in general is clean for beds and shared bathroom, but windows opened let some mosquitoes flying in the kitchen/dining room. Location is perfect for bars and main tourist attractions: bars are juste downstairs, you are in downtown near everything (metro, restaurants, castle...). Easy to find. You can...

Alface hostel is a great place for everyone who wants to be right in the center of the action, in this case, Bairro Alto. Other than it’s excellent location (metro station Baixa-Chiado), it’s also very comfortable, and very good value for money. Free wi-fi is provided and there are some pc’s available.
