Very nice hotel, good breakfast with various types of coffee and fresh bead and cruasones. We stayed at two rooms suit with bathroom between, that was very clean. Bads were very comfortable. Hotel location is very good, close to two metro station, just few minutes walk. There are several places to eat nearly.

I was directed to room #101, a large and pleasant suite, and prepared myself to go take a shower. I was surprised when I figured out that there was no hot water. I called the reception and Mr. Nelson told me he could not do anything because the technician would only come at 9am. I asked him if it was... More

Had a two night stay here with 17 guys for a stag do. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are basic, but very comfy and clean. The bathroom was brand new and large, with a modern shower. The hotel is very quiet, but has a Burger King, pizzaria and a bar nearby - I.e a 1 minute... More

If you want to go to Lisbon with family, friends or alone, and be in a good location, I would take this hotel. The rooms are big, with various beds, and divided in two rooms with the bathroom in between. It is an old hotel, and that's why the decoration is a bit antique. That's why the prices are low,... We were surprised to find a living area with small kitchen in our room which was a great bonus. The room itself could do with some serious updating but it was clean and comfortable. Downstairs the hotel was up to date with comfortable seating and a very nice dining area which served a really nice breakfast. The location of the... More

We arrived in the evening from the US tired and ready to relax before heading out to Lisbon's Fado Festival. The hotel is located right next to Edward the VII park and the Marquis Pombal Square and metro lines. We booked a superior room with the understanding that this hotel is quite simple and maybe a little dated. We were... More

The hotel is clean, the front door guys always help you! My room was a suite, with a little kitchenet, pan, plates, etc. A big an confortable room. Is a kind of old fashion insfraestructure, but as turism hotel is good.

The hotel itself is a bit worn and shabby. However, it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Its position near Parque and Pombal stations and right near Avenida da Liberdade cannot be bettered except by the very posh and expensive hotels on the Avenida itself. The so-called "continental buffet" breakfast is actually quite substantial and it kept me filled up for... More

I like this residential, very quiet . We stayed there few times and they never let us down ,the only down side for my its the bathroom ,they need some work and refurbishment. Last time we stayed there we had a suit with a small kitchen and a tv room.

I stayed here for city break and had good nights sleep. Great clean room. Lucky me had Marquis of Pombal view. Excellent position next to metro and city centre. Highly recommended. Good breakfast to start with....
