We have recently had 1 weeks stay at this Hotel, and I have to say it was a wonderful 7 days. We paid extra on arrival for a harbour view room with balcony, this was a good idea as the balcony was a sun trap (in February) and shelter from the wind. The room was very nice, good bed and nice sofa, though the three steps up to the bathroom were a little difficult during the night if a bathroom break was needed. Nice bathroom though it has a full window into the bedroom, so if privacy is needed, you have to draw the blinds. Breakfast very good with a big selection of buffet food, and you can ask any of the wonderful staff for cooked eggs and espresso coffee made for you freshly. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, all is very clean, superb spa, we were here 2 times. Unique milieu, in the heart of Cascais. Wonderful art works are inside and outside. Good place for relax and for trips also.

Out of this world hospitality at the hotel! Attentive staff, which started on arrival. Probably the only hotel we have stayed in that accommodated all requests given at time of booking. Amazing dining experience. One of the best housekeeping teams, we’ve ever encountered. Fabulous and 5 star stay all round.

They are everything you expect and even more. Rooms are very clean and cozy, bathrooms are very roomy and also clean and I loved the scent of their shower gels! The staff was friendly and accomodating and the breakfast selection was astounding.

Regarding your question: Inside the hotel premises is not allowed to park the car because is an historical place. We recommend to our guest a car parking 7 minutes walking distance from the hotel with a special price of 4,50 Euros p/ day. You can buy this ticket upon check-in with my coleagues from de front desk.

It is faster by car than train. Car around 45 minutes by train (metro + train) around 1h30m.
