Stayed here for 8 nights, the hotel is Ok but nothing special. Good bed in room, plastic chair on balcony broken. Reception friendly and helpful, breakfast good. Location is great, basically on the beach, lots of restaurants close by.

This hotel is right in front of the beach and in the center of the tourist part of town, walking distance to almost anywhere in the cite. The room was very big, confortable and clean. The staff were very nice and always ready to help. Great value for your money.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Atlantica. The staff was friendly and spoke English which was helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and the view was wonderful. They offer a large variety for breakfast which is included in the price.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June before heading north for Football. We didn’t know what to expect from Figueira da Foz but the Sweet Atlantic Hotel and Spa was a lovely hotel. Hotel was modern inside, although exterior was slightly dated in places. Room was great size, terrific view, clean and spotless with everything you need in it. Staff were great, especially one of the bar staff - we didn’t get his name but he made us feel very welcome and accommodated our picky needs. Prices very reasonable and comparable with local cafes and bars. We didn’t use the spa but we were given a tour (after closing hours) and shown the treatments available. Ample local parking which we were told was free except during July and August. Would give 4.5/5 if we could.

The Hotel calls itself "Spa-Hotel", but the do not offer the spa to their guest. The ask for an extra charge of 15 Euros (!!!) per guest for using the spa. As they do not tell while booking nor anytime else, we feel cheated by the hotel. Besides: we have booked a quite expensive room (Suite) and even that does not include the spa, niether the breakfast (which even is - in comparison to nearby restaurants or other hotels in the area) extremly expensive. In one word: Do not go there, unless you like "unexpected" costs.

You can park on the road in front of the hotel but there are also some parking bays just outside & to the right if you are facing the sea,but check that you can park free as I think during peak season they are metered.
