Literally the worst hotel experience of my whole life . You couldn’t pay me to stay in this hotel again. The whole experience was horrific with only redeeming feature being Pedro the bartender . I am by no means a picky traveller I have seen some sights in my day but I can’t truly say that this place is the pits !! Unfortunately I didn’t pay to much attention to the reviews because I do think there are some people out there who are serial complainers however on this occasion everything is 100% accurate . Please do yourself a favour and pay a little more to not ruin your experience of Portugal !

Well what can I say I read the reviews before I went I was really panicking because of them. WElli had a great time the hotel was lovely the staff especially Pedro and Linda were brilliant thanks the cleaner's came every day even folded my pjs. I think some people have just been nit picking yes its a bit dated I only had one problem and that was the bath and shower but I had my mum staying in Portugal too so I had showers there and the staff will sort it out anyway. It was very clean had all the appliances you need except a microwave which you do need apart from that it's fine I would definitely stay there again its near to all amenities a 20min walk to old town I like walking. Thanks for a great welcoming and nice stay. Maybe see you next year Pedro and lynda xx

Group of 6 of us stayed from the 25th to the 30th with more joining us later in the week. The hotel is positioned about 5 min away from the beach and places to eat and also a stone throw away from new strip.rooms were comfortable for all of us and we had no issues but dont be expecting a sea view for the price what you get is enough.we stayed round the pool 2 of the days which got a good bit of sun and just got booze from the shop when the bar wasnt open to recharge before the night out.

I stayed here as to be close to family, in nearby accommodation, the location is perfect two mins from beach but the hotel is very dated and old fashioned, the corridors are pitch black with bulbs out, my room was musty and dated with minimal facilities, the TV didn't work the shower was held on with masking tape and when it did work it totally flooded the bathroom and drains were smelly. Needs alot of money spent on this to bring it up to standard.

We had a lovely 7 day stay here , yes the rooms are a little dated but we aren't fussy. Aslong as it's a decent shower and bed that's all you need , it's a good base and close to the strip and not far walk from old town. Pedro and the lady at reception were lovely and very freindly. drinks are cheap too :) We would come back in the future! For £290 euros it's definitely worth it.
