Stayed here with my husband in June 2019 and it was amazing. The room is self catered and provides oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge and all of the utensils. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and provided air con and had a little outdoor area with a table and chairs to sit by the pool. The outdoor pool was clean but cold! To our surprise there was an indoor jacuzzi where we spent lots of time and an indoor pool and sauna room which you can book for private use. The hotel is in a great location by the beach and just a road down from the strip. Would deffo recommend for couples and families!

Basic self catering apartments, rooms a bit dated but have everything you require for self-catering holiday. Pool area is nice clean and sunny. The bar/ snack area is closed just now due to Covid regulations but otherwise everything else is fine. WiFi ok in public areas but poor in rooms. Location wise its a 5 minute walk from Albufeira strip, with a couple of shops and restaurants/bars just outside. Approx 40 min walk to the Old Town area. Staff are helpful and we have experience no issues.

A Superb choice normally proving Exceptional during the 3month+ covid-19 lockdown stay. Fearful and anxious of their inability to return home due to endless flight cancellations our parents and our family were given constant help and reassurance by Rue (the manager) that their welfare was his priority and no matter what he would ensure their safety and comfort as the only remaining guests in the apartments. Rue ensured my parents didn’t feel abandoned or isolated when the apartments were closed down by leaving all necessary contact details and phone numbers in case of emergency or for any assistance needed during their stay, he truly went ‘above and beyond’ for them. The truly caring and attentive management team and staff dealt with the problem of our 70yr old parents enforced lockdown admirably and with such devotion to duty a review can not possibly go far enough to express our gratitude as a family. We can only hope it proves rewarding by way of encouragement for future readers to become guests of Ouratlantico and experience the same warmth and friendliness that has ensured our parents return year after year. Our parents have taken holidays to Albufeira Portugal for the past 30 yrs and have stayed at many apartments and hotels over the years. Since their 1st stay at Ouratlantico they have always said they would never stay anywhere else and for several years now they stay at the Ouratlantico Apartments twice a year. The Apartments are exceptionally clean and well equipped and nothing is too much trouble for the welcoming friendly staff, regular towels and friendly maid service, outdoor pools with plenty of sun loungers and fabulous indoor swimming pool too but if venturing out the location is ideal for a stroll to the beach, to the many shops or local supermarket and for the many excellent restaurants and bars nearby but also for those on the more well known ‘strip’ which provides for a wonderful evening out. All in all prior to covid-19 there was no better place to stay in the opinion of our parents (and we agreed when we’ve stayed on 2 occasions) but now we also credit Ouratlatico and all staff for their life saving skills too...dread to think how things could have been without you all...Thank you Rue & Ouratlantico from the Fox family xx…

Just arrived home from Albaferia Portugal just a weeks break away from the Weather in Scotland Wife Booked a studio at Ouratlantico Apartments Albaferia was bit sceptical as I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for but was pleasantly surprised nice apartment clean well catered with everything that you need and want going self catering ,rooms cleaned each day and fresh towels , bedding was replaced twice maids were very friendly always Smiling and a good morning greeting lovely and quiet relaxing holiday beach 5 minutes walk downhill and the Strip 5 minutes walk away plenty of restaurants and bars either way as you go outside the Apartments reception staff very friendly and helpful as a cupboard door came off sorted there and then would certainly recommend and would most definitely return again pool was cold but with the weather excellent a lovely way to cool down can't fault the Apartments and Staff in any way most helpful and courteous so if you're just looking for a cheap and bargain holiday we would certainly recommend Ouratlantico Apartments many thanks for the great stay and yes the little friendly Black Cat is still there x…

Visited here first week of December with my boyfriend. The weather was excellent, even though it was 18 degrees it was beautiful and mild considering I'm from Scotland haha. Apartment was well equipped, clean and location is right on the strip, we even had a visit from the local cat which was so friendly. At this time of the year it is off season but still lots of places open with excellent food and cheap drink. I will be back such a cheap break away!

Yes...unfortunately when booking last year, we didn't realise that the studios were merely sofa-style beds. Reception told us that there are number of one bedroom apartments with double beds; however, they are probably two singles 'clipped' together. They are very helpful.

No, but there's lots of entertainment close by, left out of complex (about 5 mins'walk) brings you to Santa Eulalia area, plenty of nice bars, music, karaoke etc. Right of complex brings you up to strip area,again lots of music bars, sports bars, every kind of bar. We were quite happy in these apartments, not far from restaurants and bars either direction. Enjoy!
