I visited this beautiful boutique hotel with my husband after a friends' recommendation. We where supposed to go to Gythio to attend a wedding and we only stayed for one night which I regret now since we had a great time.I would definitely visit the hotel again next summer. It is situated in a very small but beautiful village, Gerolimenas. The friend...

Our stay at the Kyrimai was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and it couldn't have been better. Peaceful, comfortable, friendly staff and all in a stunning setting. We particularly appreciated swimming off the jetty in the clear sea and the delicious breakfasts, served overlooking the sea. There are amazing places to visit locally but three of our six days...

Boutique hotel in restored warehouse in the Mani region. Features a pool area and pontoon for swimming in the sea in a beautiful private bay surrounded by imposing cliffs. It's this stunning view that you enjoy whilst eating on the terrace. The food was the best of the holiday, fantastic quality and reasonably priced. Service is slow but it's not...

Came here, on an impulse, for a 7 night relaxing break following a recommendation in The Week and found 'A true haven'. Four hour plane journey to Athens followed by a great 4 hours drive through some amazing scenery. Absolutely stunning location, beautifully sympathetic architecture, truly delightful management and staff who are dedicated to ensuring your stay matches expectation. Plenty...

Lovely old warehouse converted to a luxurious hotel. Rooms are all individual and full of character. The pool is beautiful and has fantastic sunbeds which are thickly padded and very comfortable. Large pitchers of iced water are brought for you and any drinks or ice creams etc that you want. This is the perfect place to do nothing in gorgeous...

We stayed at Kyriamai for 10 days in late June and July and and felt rejuvenated and very happy at the end of the trip. The hotel is a long and often slow drive 2.75 hours south of Kalamata and it felt like a quest trying to get there! However, we weren't disappointed and it was absolutely what we were...

We loved this hotel, mostly for the wonderful staff, who were always smiling and who were so attentive to our needs (my hub is vegetarian) and who made us feel so welcome. Sophie, who is front of house and speaks impeccable English, is the kind of 'down to earth' manager that a place like this needs, she is always prepared...

We stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and especially the breakfast was special, with all kinds of small sweets and snacks which were served at your table. When you want to relax the location is perfect, directly at the sea. For us, we missed a bit the personal touch (it was larger than...

This is a lovely hotel in a stunning location - something of an oasis in the (presently) under-commercialised Peloponnese. We visited in June-14 but like more recent reviewers found both the quality of food and level of service extremely disappointing. The hotel was full and we only got in by taking a "Two-level Superior Double Room". This was quirky yet...

This hotel is in a stunning location and is a gorgeous building, decorated beautifully however the management of this hotel needs serious improvement. The hotel was full when we stayed and there are just too many people for the size of this hotel, the management just do not provide enough staff to cater for the number of guests. We were...
