Why a tea room is not able to make tea or coffee is just beyond me. Warm tea when it should be boiling water and coffee my partner had with no taste of coffee. Yes we should have complained but who wants all the fuss. Just get it right its not rocket science

Great location right in the middle of town on the square. Ample parking. Really friendly staff with a good attitude to customer service. Room was front facing but due to secondary glazing I was not disturbed through the night by any noise. The room was a good size, clean tidy but extremely tired. The small bathroom was functional but the...

This was a disaster and a warning to future guests. The staff do not live on the property therefore it is unattended during the night. We checked in around 5.00pm and shown to our room No 12 at the top of the stairs on the first floor. First problem, there was no hot water and the management said they would...

This is a lovely old style building under going renovation. The stairs inside are steep & very narrow. The room & bathroom were clean & tidy & the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the restaurant has been renovated is nice & modern with wonderful food. There is free wifi in all areas of the hotel....

Great place, our group of six did not arrive until about 10pm but were warmly greeted. The only drawback was the steep stairs. The staff were very helpful and the price was fine. The Old Tom is situated very well overlooking the main square. Everything else was very good.

Had this place recommended to me by a friend who stays here on his many visits to Ypres, I can see why. Lovely place with delicious, reasonably priced food which we didn't have to wait an eternity for. Staff very friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Only down side I would say is the place could probably...

This is perfectly placed in town square. The staff are very pleasant and polite. The room was basic but clean. The bathroom is small but clean and functional. The whole place does, to be honest l, look a little tired. The food is excellent we had dinner one night and a selection of game was available BUT (in my view)...

Well the hotel does need a bit of TLC but if you are just looking for a comfy bed for the night in the centre of Ypres then this is the place. Right on the main square with parking available for a small charge or you can park in the public car park which is free between 1830 and 0630....
