The room was old and dirty and in desperate need of refurbishment. The bathroom suite had faded to a cream colour, imagine it was white at some time in it's life. There were stains in the toilet and on the carpet. The room had a musty smell and there was dirt and hairs behind the bathroom door.

The bathroom is terribly old.... and not even clean. the beds are made of wooden planks.... The carpet is dirty.... Everything in the (tiny) room is totally worn out... 110 euros per night for this it's a rip off. At least you should have the decency to have low rates for the non renovated rooms.... Come back when it's finish!!

We've stayed at this hotel before, and will be staying again soon, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Breakfast in the hotel was buffet and simple but tasty, we usually eat dinner in town. Our rooms have always been clean and tidy and well maintained. They are going to be refurbishing the hotel at the end of August and so there...

Its a modern looking hotel with basic but functional rooms the general hotel décor is pleasant. Just one word of warning about access to the hotel. I arrived from the main motorway road at 5.30 - 6.00 pm the hotel is situated on a road with a large centre reservation and you have to drive up one side and down...

Ibis did an excellent job in remodeling this hotel. The rooms have an exciting modern look and offer a lot of space. Reception is fine too. However the kitchen is understaffed. It would be a good idea to have a coffee robot like all other Ibis Styles. It is difficult to find things if this is your 1st time. The...

Facilities in room are good. Service was average level. Location depending on where to to. If only going to Beneluxpark it's extremely close; you can walk in to it. If you need to go somewhere near town centre even calling a taxi may be challenging if not pre-booked.

Was used as a base for the Flanders cycling weekend of Gent Wevelgem. 4 Pro teams were also stationed at the hotel, which was cool. Overall, very friendly staff, always greeting with a smile and hello. Breakfast was great, hot and cold European traditional. Always great to have Speculoos and Nutella on the same tray :D Rooms were decent, but...

Recently spent 3 nights at the Kennedy Hotel in Kortrijk. Rooms are comfortable, wifi worked well (I cannot remember, which means it was more than OK, as I am fussy about internet connections), service at the reception was friendly, and differ at the restaurant was enjoyable with all 3 of us enjoying what we had. The hotel is in the...

The hotel is right by the Kortrijk EXPO and very close to the motorway. The rooms are a touch on the small side but comfortable and everything you need is there. There is a restaurant downstairs which offers value for money choice menu (meat/fish/vegetarian). The bar is small but cosy and has everything you'd expect. Staff is friendly and helpful....
