Stayed just one night, to attend an event at the Kursaal (3 minutes on foot). The essentials were well taken care of! As others have remarked, staff are really friendly. The bed slept very well. The room was clean. Continental breakfast had ample choices. However, not many sockets in the room for recharging equipment. And there were a couple of... More

Excellent service. Reception manned 24 hours a day. Always willing to help. We were so impressed. All staff bent over backwards to accommodate any requests. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available nearby for an extra cost, but this is worth paying for as street parking very hard to find. This needs to be booked when you book the Hotel. This is... More

I stayed one night at the Prada and was quite impressed. The reception was very welcoming and the room was a good size, good quality furniture, a large bed and the advantage of an entry foyer so that you can minimise noise from the hallway. The room was carpeted and clean. Bathroom was a good size and very clean. A... More

The chap on reception was friendly, professional and smiley. Our room was comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped. The beds and pillows were sumptuously comfortable. The bathroom was great, fully tiled and all toiletries were provided. The breakfast offered a choice of eggs, ham, yogurt, cereal, rolls etc. The assistant on breakfast service was pleasant and professional. Yes, we will return... More

We spent here one night and had a good stay. Friendly staff, 24 hour reception. Room was nice and clean, bathroom as well.. The room was rather small but we booked a non refundable basic room for a good price. Breakfast good, free wifi good. Location is perfect. Only a few minues from the beach, casino, city centre. There is... More

The hotel is very convenient both close to the shopping area and the promenade at the seaside. We had the room on the 8th floor. The room was very clean. The shower was not perfectly working. No noise, it was very quite and the bed comfortable. Possibility to reserve a parking space for 20 euro/day. The breakfast room is small... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in early September in a basic/standard room. The room was quite small but had all the comforts you would want. Large comfortable bed, lamp with dimmer in the corner, flat screen TV, small chiller, kettle and tea/coffee supplies. Bathroom with full bath and shower. Towels changed frequently. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a left... More

Small family run hotel. Clean and nice. Basic breakfast. Can be a bit noicy from ajacent hotels with partying guests. NO AIRCON. Rooms might be very hot when it is warm and sunny outside in during the warm season. Rooms are nice with all basics covered. No sea view possible. Probably the best of the 3star hotels in Ostend.

We spent two nights in this hotel with a Groupon arrangement. Mostly satisfied with our stay. Excellent location, although not at the seaside. Nice spacy room with a renovated bath room. Everything very clean. Furniture is a bit bric-à-brac but comfortable. Good TV with in-built DVD player (no user manual anywhere but with some trial and error I got the... More
