Just popped in for a few drinks whilst staying in Bruges. The place is rather pricey but really classy. The interiors look lavish and the staff seems professional. We were delighted with the offer of spirits and enjoyed our drinks and game of chess in the lobby.

When you first enter Hotel Dukes' Palace you feel as if you are stepping back into time. The hotel looks and feels like a Castle, but has modern day services and amenities. The junior suite that I stayed in (several rooms actually have names) had an old fireplace (not useable of course) and wall décor to continue the castle feel....

This is a very nice hotel that is a converted palace. The location is excellent only a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Bruges. There was excellent service and the food and beverage was great, including a wonderful breakfast that was included in our rate. The room was not big, but it certainly met our needs. My...

We visited Bruges last November and stayed at the Dukes' Palace. Firstly, if you haven't been to Bruges, then try to make time to visit. It really is a wonderful city and really easy to get to. The Hotel Dukes' Palace is an impressive hotel visually. Inside the decor is stylish and luxurious. The service we received during our stay...

This hotel and the room far exceeded my expectations. The room was large, with a king bed, writing desk and chair, a sitting area with two chairs and table, an armoire, high ceilings, large windows opening to a lovely courtyard, and a large deluxe bathroom with heated tile floor. The building is gorgeous, the staff helpful. We walked to the...

Dear Sir, We regret reading your dissatisfaction about certain items occurred during your stay with us. I enjoyed my time at the Dukes Palace and would like in particular to draw attention to a staff member who demonstrated exceptional service. At Reception I found Samuel who took his time in providing me with all the useful information for a first time visitor to Bruges. This 'genuine' level of service continued to my send off later in...

I visited in the month of Feb with my family. What a lovely hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the hotel is fantastic with lots to choose from including champagne and chocolate! We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and I was dis-appointed with the menu and the food was not that great, although the pudding...
