Beautiful hotel and lovely breakfast buffet!! Especially the chunks of Belgian chocolate at one night station!! Don't miss the detoxifying Salt Wall which is free of charge along with the gym facilities!! Very centrally located to popular square. Brugge is a "little Venice". With great shops at reasonable prices!! Don't miss stopping in at Fascino. Great shop for jewelry, hats,... More

Ultramodern bath, very nice facility grounds, wonderful staff Only slight negative, the bed was comprised of two twins pushed together, without a shared pad/sheet. Very good castors meant the slightest push made them separate.

As this was our first visit to Bruges, we wanted to make it a trip to remember, so booking into the 5-star Dukes' Palace was part of the experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were thrilled to see how nicely decorated it was for Christmas, with large wreaths outside and in, and Christmas trees in most downstairs areas. We... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and what a great choice!! The location is excellent...out the front door and you're in Central Bruges. The hotel exudes class. It's quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The ambience is laid back and the service is exceptional. Everything about it is quality. Our room was a "Superior" room (actually a standard room) but it... More

Dukes Palace is a beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff. Just what you expect from a five star hotel but on the occasion of our visit we were disappointed twice. We arrived on Saturday morning early and after checking in we headed out to Bruges to sightsee and shop. After a long day we arrived back exhausted and freezing ready... More

Stayed with my wife and another couple on 24th November for 2 nights. Check-in was swift albeit only one suite was ready which wasn't a problem as we had drinks in the bar. The bar staff were excellent and attentive. The underground car park was excellent and safe which was reassuring with two sports cars parked there. The rooms were... More

The nurse and I were invited to accompany son and daughter in law elect for another jaunt to Bruges. For the record channel tunnel was on time and very efficient as were the road journeys. 4 hours door to door from London. Bruges is beautiful, a must visit. We went for the Christmas Market advertised on their website as being... More

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic three day break in Bruges. We chose the 'Duke's Palace' for its five star rating and its central location. Both were a good choice. The hotel is very well presented with friendly efficient staff. The professionalism sometimes bordering on icy efficiency (with no harm meant). We had room 224, which didn't... More

What a place to spend our anniversary! Amazing hotel with great service! The breakfast was perfect, rounded off with the chocolate and cava station! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed! We would definitely return to both Dukes Palace and Bruges!
