This house is right in the heart of Bruges, run by a friendly and knowledgeable landlady and the rooms and garden are really lovely. The town is manic during the day with tourists but lovely in the morning and evening. Having the garden on the river is a lovely oasis.

We stayed for three nights in early September and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were superb, the breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bruges

Just already landed in Barcelona, we want to thank Caroline for her job in every detail , making the most of our stay in her wonderful home, as it's been like being at our own home. A place to return, a place to scape and to enjoy Brugges. Wonderful breakfast with classical music in front the canal. Happy New Year...

Staying here was like a dream -- a romantic old house, on the canal, with beautiful gardens, in a spacious suite with modern bathroom, located near both the most popular sights of Bruges and the less-traveled outer areas that takes one back to the middle ages. Then add the most gracious, knowledgeable, helpful hostess you can imagine, who makes you...

We had a four night stay in this wonderful property and it felt like our own home. We stayed there with friends and our two rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and lots of thought had been given to the accessories. The breakfast room and sitting room were a marvellous resource as we could make drinks and relax in comfort and...

We stayed in the Empire room, which is actually a two-room suite with a separate sitting room. The bedroom looks out onto one of the many canals in Bruges. This property and Cote Canal are next to one another, on a quiet side street, in connected townhouses. Breakfast for both is served at a large table on the main floor....

We loved this B&B and staying with Caroline. She and her team made us feel very welcome, there were so helpful in their tips and advice as well as arranging transport. The room was divine, clean and very comfortable with a fantastic view of the garden and canal. We enjoyed using the communual lounge, and outdoor area to sit and...

We booked into the wonderful Huyze Hertsberge for only 1 night but we wish it could have been longer. We had the attic room which was absolutely ideal and beautifully furnished. Caroline, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful and made you feel so very welcome. Fantastic breakfast and it all felt so decadent. The building dates from the 16th...

This B&B was outstanding in every way. It's centrally located, a few blocks away from the main plazas of Bruges, with quite a few wonderful restaurants close by, and right on a canal -- the beautiful walled garden in back overlooks one of the main canals (which is included in the boat tours of Bruges). Our room was not only...

We feel extremely lucky to have found this B&B on the net. We booked La Charpente Suite in the attic. This was a great choice, it was a very romantic setting with comfortable couch and bed. The shower in the bathroom along with the toiletries made our stay very pleasant. The beautiful gardens of this B&B can be enjoyed by...

“The attic room is lovely but not quite as luxurious as the other rooms. Hence it is a little cheaper and can be booked on Air bnb”

“We stayed in the Suite Empire which was perfect for 2 travelling ladies. The day bed was in a separate room that allowed us to close the door to have the privacy. Perfect also for a couple to then use the other room as a lounge area for relaxing. The rooms were extremely spacious and very comfortable.”
