We stayed here in April 2016, and enjoyed two nights. We were in rooms 7 and 8 at the very top of the hotel. No lifts, so we had 42 steps to climb (which for Douglas Adams fans out there knows, is the answer to the meaning of life, the universe, and everything) to get to our second floor rooms....

Nice little hotel really close to the centre of town. Large comfortable room. Makes a pleasant change from the chain hotels. Very helpful owner who provided a map and gave us directions to our evening restaurant. Unusually, breakfast is included and is served in an interesting underground room.

Can't say a bad thing, really. Friendly owners/staff (who gave me the hint to stop speaking my A level French to the locals as it would only irk them) and a clean and spacious room which with a pleasant decor. Bathroom was great, powerful shower. Breakfast was standard continental but very good quality. Only stayed for one night but would...

Lovely little hotel right by the Belfry tower. We were on the top floor and had a very spacious room. Breakfast was a selection of croissants, rolls, cereals and meats/cheeses. Host very friendly and welcoming. Good find.

We booked the hotel for a weekend with friends in bruges. didnt want to spend too much as we were planning to be outside most of our time anyway. altogether very reasonable and ok value. Hotels in Bruges are generally not "cheap". Rooms are functional, not overly beautiful. Room and Beds were clean, which is the most important for me.

Hello, Not the most friendly service? Maybe because you were so drunk during the night, you didn't notice I helped you to get you into the hotel to your room. Thx for appreciating that service.

This small hotel was a great home in Bruges. Everything I needed and offerred in such a nice way. I was in Bruges to work for a week and after passing through the security scare in Brussels I was very pleased to enter the warm, safe Hotel Malleberg, tastefullly decorated for the season. My room was larger than expected with...

A super hotel in a really handy location - only a 30-second walk from Burg, and a minute's walk to the Grote Markt - the hotel itself is a charming little place. Well-run, with very helpful and hospitable owners, this was the perfect base to enjoy our two-night trip in the city (again on a football-related visit, as I was...

This hotel is in a perfect location; the people were friendly and welcoming. The size of the room was ideal and spotlessly clean and a great choice of breakfast. The breakfast room is very cosy. We hope to return again next year. Carol and Phil Howarth.

Loved the hotel, I do not give it a 5* because of course it is not the best hotel where I have ever been. But, the receptionist, hyper friendly, room was massive, toilet a bit small but fair. Really nice building, and decent breakfast with all you need for a buffet! I would stay again, and also the location, superbe!

Thank Cecilia S
