Stayed for 1 night at Hotel Salvators, loved the quirky room, very clean and comfortable. Great location in the middle of Bruges, short walk to 'everywhere', yet was surprisingly quiet at night. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with checking in time and looking after our luggage. Excellent breakfast and lovely lounge area to enjoy an evening drink next to...

Let start with the positives. - The location is fantastic. It is close enough from the train station and easy to get to by car. There’s enough space to park outside for 5 minutes and drop the bags off before driving to the underground car park (100m away). - Despite being close to the centre of town and in a...

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The location was excellent, but unfortunately that was about it. The room was dirty with cobwebs on the ceiling. You did have a small kitchen in the room with utensils available which were filthy, especially the cutlery tray. The furniture was very dated and needed replacing. The breakfast consisted of eggs or...

We stayed for 2 nights. The location is central, easy to get around. Most of the staff are very helpful, others no so. Breakfast was good. The communal areas are very welcoming. however, our room was really dated, stains on the carpets, some lights not working & the toilet did not flush. Poor standard.

Great location. Short walk from bus station but if you have your car there's reasonably priced underground parking close by. Nice lounge with a fire to sit in front of and rest your weary feet after a day walking on the cobbles of Bruges. You may however have to shoo the hotel cat away as he/she tends to see the...

We have just got back from a weekend in bruges and stayed here. The staff were amazing, thank you Ollie for helping me with the bags to the room and with all of my other requests! The lounge/diner / bar was warm and cosy, the breakfast superb. Our large room in the annexe, was perfect for our family of four,...

We just got back from our first trip to Bruges and found this hotel on trip advisor, very happy indeed. Location is fantastic, we stayed in room 7 and the view of the cathedral was spectacular. Breakfast was as good as everyone says, had waffles and the eggs. Unfortunately the weather was awful on the Sunday so spent a very...

I travelled by train from Amsterdam and stayed three nights September 10-13. Arriving at Brugge it was drizzling but I still chose to walk from the station to the hotel. The luggage wheels on the cobblestone streets made a bumpy and noisy but not at all strenuous walk. Check in was easy and carrying my bags up the stairs was...

Have just spent a very enjoyable weekend in Bruges, complimented by the quirky charms of this wonderful hotel. Stayed in Room 1 with its fish tanks and whirlpool bath (tip - when using the whirlpool make sure the water level is above the nozzles before turning it on otherwise you recreate the final third of "Titanic"!), great central location, friendly...

We spent two days in this small hotel located right next to the Salvators cathedral and were very satisfied with everything (well, the fridge did not work and that was a small minus as it was very hot at the time...). Nice basic breakfast with omelette or a waffle made for you on request, cheap bicycle rent, friendly and helpful...
