My partner and I travelled from Brussels to Bruges by train and easily got a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, you will see pretty much every tourist walk down to the entrance of the hotel as it as a lovely view over the canals and it is one of the...

We Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days to visit the Christmas market's December 2016. The hotel is in a fabulous position. Our room was basic, a little tired but clean and comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. Bruges is the most beautiful place. Highly recommend

The hotel is small and old but it is good place to stay and experience authentic european style. We can see beautiful view from our bedroom's windows. It is also closed to tourism objects and restaurants.

Lovely position in an ancient building overlooking the central Bruges canal, within easy walking distance of all the sights and numerous restaurant options. My room, overlooking the laneway between the Wollestraat and the canal, was completely quiet. Very comfortable plus a good bathroom with strong shower. The antique breakfast room overlooking the canal is a particular delight - a pity...

The Hotel Bourgoensch Hof is in a great location tucked just off a main street within a nice courtyard overlooking the canal. It's very central, within easy reach of the Market Square, great restaurants/coffee bars and some very nice chocolatiers. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the room was rather tired with a breeze block bathroom, complete with glass...

Dear Ms Ruth A, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your stay at the hotel. Although we have some rooms with frosted glass bathroom doors to let some natural light fall into the bathroom, we will phase them out during renovation. I have so far not yet received any suggestions about the bathtub plug not...

Really love this hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. The bedroom is quirkily situated in the sloping roof line with a well appointed ensuite. But the best thing of all is the view from the terrace and the breakfast room out over the water with endless boat trippers taking photos of the beautiful building. On one side tranquil...

Very beautiful and characteristic hotel in a great location. Very close to Markt Square and on the canal. The hotel staff is very helpful with maps, directions, recommendations. We were able to leave our bags the next morning, while we visited a few sights. The room was quite big, with tall windows that opened up to the canal. Definitely would...

Service of staff is okay. The young man who served us drinks was very friendly and made conversation with us. Woman at the front was helpful showing us on the map where to go. The only issue was that the room was basic at best but view is beautiful if you have canal view.

This hotel is in the PERFECT location in Bruges. The owner is charming & very polite, the staff is as well. But, although our room had an amazing view, that was all I can say that was fantastic. The room was very cold. The room's decor had funky lights that didn't light up the room well. The bathroom door is GLASS...

My wife called this ‘quirky’ as soon as we walked the very short distance off the busy shopping street towards the canal junction where this 17th century beautiful building is situated. Our ‘standard’ room had no view of the canals, but it was large, very comfortable and had a reasonably spacious bathroom. The breakfast was a plentiful buffet in rooms...
