Number 11 Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay in Bruges: it is stylish, cosy and feels very luxurious without being stuffy. The inn hosts couldn't be more welcoming or friendly, they made us feel really at home. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and delicious. There were extra chocolates and biscuits left everywhere, and really good tea and coffee making...

We travelled to Bruges in October and stayed at Number 11. We were blown away by the personalized service. We were greeted by an exceptionally friendly Hilde, who gave us some great advice on the must sees of Bruges. All of her tips added to our experience. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and thoroughly delicious. The bedroom was quaint, comfortable...

Number 11 was in an ideal location - a lovely 5 min walk along the canal to the main square. We were made very welcome and the room was clean and had a luxurious feel. Breakfast was bread with cheese, fruit and a choice of egg either boiled or scrambled. There was no kettle in the room which would have...

Just got back from our first visit to Bruges and stayed here with friends who had stayed previously and recommended it. What a place! Lovely friendly hosts, fab breakfast and a home from home feel (only much nicer!) with the freedom to come and go as you please. Understated luxury without the fuss that you get in the top hotels....

Just got home from our third stay at Number 11 in Bruges. We've now stayed in all 3 of the beautiful and individual rooms - the attention to detail is second to none. Carine and Hilde are very friendly and welcoming, and offer great advice on places to eat in town. Location couldn't be much better, being only a few...

We have just spent 3 nights at Carine's beautiful guesthouse and loved everything about it. If you've ever thought that a guesthouse might not be for you, think again. This one is really an exception and it really was like living in your own beautiful home. It is just beautiful and exactly like the web photos. Carine was so helpful...

Stunning! From the moment we arrived to Hilde's friendly, warm welcome to the moment we left, everything was just perfect. Our room was stunning, warm, spotlessly clean with complementary bottled water and the most delicious biscuits ( the family own a prestiges biscuit company) . Each evening the log burner was lit in the gorgeous lounge and breakfast......wow! The smell...

Unfortunately I cannot speak to breakfast here, as we were only staying one night and we ended up needing to leave too early to eat due to circumstances beyond our control, but both the owners and the host were wonderful in welcoming and assisting us, and we would definitely stay here again whenever have a chance to give Bruges a...

Stayed for 3 nights in Chocolate Room. Tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable. Great location, close to town centre but quiet and calm. Breakfasts delicious. Service couldn't be bettered with delightful, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Number 11 is everything a bed and breakfast should be. If all B&Bs were this good, share prices in hotel chains would be dropping through the floor!...

A little piece of heaven! So peaceful and such a cosy house. Everything has been thought of to make your stay perfect. Such nice little touches make all the difference. Freshly squeezed orange juice and the smell of pastries cooking for breakfast, fresh fruit selection and delicious coffee and access to the kitchen whenever we wanted to make a hot...
