The lady who owns this hotel is so lovely it betrays me a little to to have to say some negative things. The hotel is 2 stars, but it feels old and the bedding, towels and decor reflect that. While it is warm and comfortable and mostly clean, there is a pervading smell of tobacco throughout, and even the clean... More

Lady at the front desk was charming and so welcoming! Room was beautiful, clean and comfy. She gave us all information needed to explore Brugge at its best, clear and honest. Wil definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in perfect location. Tons of personality and character. The front desk woman was so sweet and helpful. She speaks at least 3 languages. The breakfast was excellent! Would definitely return!

Worse hotel I have ever had the misfortune of seeing never mind staying in. If you like dirt. Smell of stale sweat and fags at breakfast and old beds then you will like this place. Only 3 minutes from square wish it was 3 hours. I can't believe people actually like this place

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Our host was extraordinarily nice and the breakfast had a great athmosphere. Just bear in mind that this is a 2 star hotel, however, and the room was quite worn out (although quite clean) and our towels had seen better days. The hotel is in a great place, right in the... Stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very thoughtful and hospitable by giving us a room on the 1st floor as she knew travelling from Australia we would have heavy luggage. She also offered us a cup of tea in the morning whilst we waited for our taxi to the train station.... More

The hotel is very nice, the location is perfect - 1 minute walk to the central square. But the rooms and everything inside is rather old, but it wasn't a big problem for us. It makes feel the time of old Brugges. The owner is very nice.

Absolutely charming nice little hotel in an older restored building. It is located at a fantastic - and quiet - location in the centre of Brugge, a good breakfast with classical music in the background(!). The car was parked underground across the hotel (€8 per dag, in the Zilverstraat). The hotel owner is a warm and very friendly and helpful... More

We went in april just for one night. We chose the hotel because of the price and the position and it was a nice surprise! It is 2 minutes walking from the Grote markt and the street is not crowded. The room was really nice and new and from ours we had a great landscape of the tower of the... More

Considering how close this hotel was to the central market it is very reasonably priced. The layout it wonderfully bohemian, the colours of the rooms and furniture make it interesting, certainly not corporate. What others say is dated or old, I think of as character. If you want plain there is a Best Western next door, if you want a... More
