Cleanliness, breakfast, bathroom. They gave us a free upgrade on arrival and a free walking tour ticket. Located a couple of blocks away from the centre. Friendly staff always willing to help (they arranged a taxi to pick us up and take us to the train station). At the lobby they have lots of colourful singing birds. PS: At the...

My husband and I are travelling around Europe on our honeymoon, and have stayed in many hotels in our travels. Jan Brito is one of the best we have stayed in and we would go back in a heartbreak! They heard it was our honeymoon and upgraded us to a beautiful two-storey suite. It was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel itself...

Beautifully restored and decorated historic building located an easy walk from the square. The room was very clean and comfortable. A sumptuous buffet breakfast was served daily. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. We definitely would stay here again.

Although not our first visit to Bruges, this was our first visit to the Hotel Jan Brito, and we were not disappointed. Hotel was clean, rooms were good, on our arrival we were greeted warmly, and the young trainee was polite, friendly and informative, with all other staff already well trained and very helpful and friendly (especially Alexandra). The lounge...

Having stayed in Bruges for the past couple of years with small groups I have stayed in about 6 hotels. I have finally found the right one. This hotel ticks all the boxes. Its location is perfect. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast the best. Staff so friendly make you feel like friends. Stayed 4 nights over Christmas and this was prefect. .

I have been staying at the Jan Brito for many years, first with my family and now with my fiance. It is such a charming hotel with very comfortable beds. The blinds are also amazing, I slept in for the first time in ages as I thought it was still the middle of the night! The staff here are always...

We recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. We booked in for three nights and had a fantastic time exploring the city. As with most of you, we purchased drinks from the nearby supermarket to avoid using the drinks from the mini bar as they are invariably overpriced. When we checked out, we were asked if we had...

Dear Mr 292 James, I regret to read that you are disgusted about the way you’ve been treated at our hotel after your check out despite our acknowledge a mistake occurred and reimbursement the next day!! I hope you understand that we had to check this matter with our staff before taking any action. It really wasn’t my staff’s intention...

On a quiet street, the hotel is comfortable and convenient. You walk only 5-10 minutes to the old market square. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great variety. Unfortunately our room was quite small. For travelers arriving from overseas with big luggage this room (#28) is certainly not convenient. We had to store one of our suitcases...
