Free parking outside the hotel, you need a blue disc from reception which costs 5 euros deposit, this gives you four hours free parking but must be reset, needed between Monday to Saturday, parking is free Sundays. Hotel check in was easy. The gentleman who booked me in was fantastic, unsure of his name but he wore glasses and had...

Very friendly reception on arrival, and given a map which was a blessing! The hotel is well located if you like to have a little stroll as we do. This encouraged us to explore further afield than the main centre. The brochures available were also really well chosen and we went to a couple of places from this. Your card...

Just got back from a one night stay, stayed in room 203 which was a superior room. The room it self was spotless but dated there was no blinds in the bathroom just a half net curtain, I felt it needed more than that. The pillows were not good made for a bad nights sleep, the hotel should invest in quality...

We only stayed the one night but the hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. We had a fab nights sleep (What more can you ask for when you are busy sightseeing?!) We arrived early and the reception team were lovely, we couldn't check in but they took our luggage until we could check in. The only downside was breakfast, the...

The hotel was nice and quiet. Perfect halt for the night. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. However he did forget to mention that breakfast was not included in the price of the booking. It ended up being a bit of a surprise when it came to paying the bill. It would have been fine if...

Having never visited Bruges - spelt Brugge in Flemish, my wife and I having seen pictures of this City and indeed the Hotel, we decided to book for 3 nights. The Hotel is situated North of the Market Square which is 10 minutes walk away. The Hotel staff were very friendly, and there is even a Happy Hour with Beers...

I was visiting a friend in the Netherlands, and she suggested a night in Bruges since I had never been. She checked Hotel Tonight and found a good deal on Jacobs Hotel. The exterior is charming, as is the lobby, and we found onstreet parking (she has an EU plate on her car and that made things easier) right in...

Stopped over for one night on our way back to the ferry. We were treating ourselves to a night in a hotel, I wish I'd saved the money! We had booked a double room on the Internet, and were given a twin. When I complained the manager said he didn't know what we had booked (!) so he moved us...

Positive: good location, just 10min walk from the city centre, stable and fast internet. Negative: small rooms, very soft and cheap foam mattress with the risk to fall out of the bed, scruffy shower curtain, almost no water pressure on the third floor, shampoo only in, difficult to open, plastic bags, most TV-channels blocked, breakfast in three, pre-set shifts, with...

Situated in a quite location within the old city. Very helpful staff and overall the Hotel was clean, tidy and everything in good working order. My only gripe is I felt the breakfast was a bit on the budget side. Lots to choose from in a continental style, but I've had better quality. That said the Hotel was good value...
