We stayed in a fine room for four people. Location was great. The disappointment came with breakfast. Very bad coffee from a machine. And when we wanted to take one roll for our cycling tour and asked for a plastic bag - the waiter told the reception to charge us extra tour packages. So i had one roll for breakfast...

Stayed here for three nights with my husband on a little break to Bruges. This is a 2-star hotel and I paid £187 (€207) for B&B in a Comfort Double Room. Like everything else in Bruges it was quaint and lovely, beams, the lot! Lovely big bed, TV, wardrobe, clean bathroom and hot water - all you need! Breakfast was...

After looking at many hotels in Brugge that were on the canal, we decided on this one as it is budget friendly for sure. It's a great starting base and is a 10 minute walk to all the main sights. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also a good way to start the day.....breakfast and WiFi...

First visit to Bruges and we stayed in this hotel. Location was spot on - 10min walk to the Market, superb local tiny pub in the next block (left from the front door), michelin star restaurant couple of steps further. Staff is happy and super friendly. Rooms could be better. The bathroom is tiny and the plastic saloon-doors are bad...

Three nights at this hotel was not long enough. We were in the ”honeymoon suite” (room #10) which is separate from the rest of the hotel…very private. It sits on the canal with double doors opening to the canal. The room was quite large and very comfortable. The ambience of this room was amazing from the brick fireplace (non functioning)...

The reviews are correct. Rooms are small but ok. Had a canal view room number12. I did a lot of research before booking this hotel and for a budget hotel it fits the bill. Very good location, close enough to the Market square but far enough away to be quieter. Ok. The room is small, but the bed was comfy....

Stayed here for a few nights on vacation. The hotel is in a good location (close the sights, but a little off the beaten path so it is quiet). Right on a canal, the area is beautiful. The staff at the desk were very helpful in securing rental cars, helping with travel arrangements and even letting me check out late...

We just spent 2 nights here. The room was small but adequate, breakfast good but standard, a reasonable place to stay. Do take ear plugs as walls are thin and this hotel is used by loud snorers who kept us awake. The doors also bang a lot. The bathroom was interesting and just a bit too small for comfort. Bruges...

Previous reviews pretty much say it all regarding the location. Come out of the hotel and turn right and you're straight into the centre and the tourist areas. Turn left and you have access to some great restaurants certainly not aimed at the tourist. Regarding breakfast it is a typical continental breakfast. Of the 2 mornings we were there, on...

Booked the comfort suite with a canal view as I thought it would be a little nicer than standard. When we arrived at 8pm the check in was closed and we were stuck out side in the pouring rain until more guests came to let us in! We were greeted with an envelope with my name on it which had...
