I was staying in Bruges on my own in November, and wanted somewhere central to explore the city. There's lots of choice around and this hotel didn't disappoint. It's about a 10-minute walk into the centre, and a couple of late night bars a few minutes walk away if that's your thing. My standard room was very large, with a...

Always a pleasure to stay at a Europ Hotel there is a consistent level of impeccable service that flows from property to property. The central location is great and makes getting around a breeze. While my room was a bit small (typical in Europe) , the view was great and it was extremely well designed and very tastefully appointed.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter in September. The room was clean and a very good breakfast. However, two items of my clothing went missing. When I enquired I was first of all told they would check, however, despite further email reminders when I got home, they stopped responding. I would be very interested to hear if anyone...

I wouldn't even call this place a hotel, it was a complete disgrace ! The bathroom was terribly dirty hair on the walls, very dusty and Cobb webs. The 'lookout' of the balcony just horrible ... And there was construction going on so 7am wake up call to that ! Not impressed at all

Stayed here recently on our few days in beautiful Bruge. Check in was easy and welcoming. We were told the rooms overlooking the canal were for 3 or 4 guests but we were being given a nice double room to the side of the hotel. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was okay, the cleaning...

A charming hotel not far from the main square. This was one of the cheaper hotels I could find for my budget so I was pleasantly surprised when I got to this hotel and finally to my room. The decor is unique including wooden cabinets and pretty curtains whilst the bathrooms are modern. I was also happy there was a...

We really loved this hotel. It's right in the heart of Bruges, overlooking one of the beautiful canals. If you're arriving by car - as we were - it's quite an adventure of narrow cobbled one way streets to find the place but there seems to be plenty of parking once you're there. We'd booked a space in a parking...

A lovely big room. Big enough for the four of us. Lovely old building. Bathroom clean and double sinks. Breakfast was included and when travelling with a family of four that's really important. It was also healthy with plenty of everything. No air conditioning as its against city regulations. Our room overlooked the canal which was also great for us.

Great location for getting around Brugges center. Rooms were clean and accommodating for our family of five. We were traveling with 10 people total and everything was great, from the breakfast in the morning to the service/staff. Downside: we were here during a couple of very hot days and a fan in the room would have been appreciated. Tip:make sure...
