Everything about this hotel is great, its located right in the heart of this beautiful city so everything is well within walking distance. The hotel has a pleasant modern look and feel to it. The rooms are good sized and provide the basic facilities you need, and there is also a nice hotel bar that offers happy hour deals. Staff...

I booked 3 rooms in this hotel. 2 were 'Superior Rooms' according to booking.com, I think the hotel has a different name for them, the third room was a standard twin room. There was quite a different class in the rooms. The standard twin was in the original half of the hotel and was a typical 3 star european room...

For us the location, parking, and pure convenience makes it the best place to stay in Bruges! The hotel bar is pleasant, breakfast lovely, and in summer there's a lovely courtyard to enjoy a drink in (would be nice if they opened it up in winter with heaters and blankets too, but it wasn't). The bedrooms are a little dark...

I cannot imagine a better location in Bruges. We were immediately behind the Belfort, and our room looked out on the back of the building and street below, quite nice. We were short walks the nearby bakeries for breakfasts, a great bike rental shop, and all the central tourist areas. Our room was very comfortable, and the desk staff were...

Stayed here for a weekend as a suprise trip from my partner. The hotel was modern and the staff extremely polite and helpful. The bed was so comfy unlike most hotels. One thing we did find useful was the cartoon map of brugge, and its recommendations of where to eat - we loved every place we eat at. The location...

This was a surprise trip booked by my partner in early December. The long and short of it was that we ended the trip engaged! The staff at the hotel were really helpful and the room was great - during the day you could hear the bells from the clock tower! Top highlight of this hotel was the bar. There...

This hotel is very central, adjacent to the Belfry Tower. The service was good without being outstanding, the rooms were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was of a good standard. Windows can be opened in the rooms and we found this necessary for comfort during the night, for even with the heating turned off, the room was very hot. The...

Althoug It is true we did not phone reception, It will be great they will solve the problem or at least give...

Reception was inviting with open fires, rooms are modest in size, clean with small but very functional bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Each floor has a number of steps to navigate so a little difficult for the disabled or if carrying heavy cases. All that having been said the location is fantastic just off the main...

Stayed here for 4 nights August 2016 - it was a lovely stay. The hotel is located right behind the Belfry so every evening I had a musical treat by the Bells of the Belfry. Breakfast was wonderful ; my room was small but extremely clean - I was in the older part but it was completely renovated and up...
