Stayed for the Christmas market (which itself was a little disappointing) with friends and the hotel could not be in a better position in the lovely city of Bruges. As always a bit of an adventure driving through the cobbled one way streets of Bruges to reach the hotel, but once there you are so close to the city centre...

Located in a quiet street just a 3 minute stroll from the main square, maybe 300m away! My room was a very good size with a modern bathroom. The service I received was superb. Would stay here again if visiting Bruges!

On a recent trip to Europe with my daughters and a friend, we took some time in Brugge, Belgium and stayed at the Hotel Acacia. It was outstanding - from the friendly staff to the pristine housekeeping and central location, it was a delight. Within an easy walk to the old town, we were thrilled with the sightseeing treasures of...

This hotel is great, few meters from the Markt (central square) and really nice, completely submerged with the atmosphere of the beautiful city of Bruges. Bedrooms are large, really clean and extremely quiet. Moreover, breakfast has a large variety of international food and the hall is very charm, with the fireplace and the parrott! Great choice for a great week...

The hotel is wonderfully located and is a very short walk from all of the main attractions of Brugges. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sophie who was on the desk when we checked in. It's a great idea serving breakfast until 11 at the weekend, which allows a relaxing start to the day. We forgot it...

Bang slap next to the Grosse Mart, the hotel sits in a very quiet side street. Car parking is available at 15 euros per day. Bedroom was very clean, spacious and quiet but lacked coffee making facilities. The coffee in auto machine in library is dreadful. Breakfast : a good variety of food on offer. Can get a bit noisy...

This was our first visit to Bruges and on recommendation booked the Acacia, and I have to say it was a very pleasant Hotel. It was only a few minutes walk from the market place and many restaurants so it was very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and also the en suite breakfast was also very good. There is underground...

We really very much enjoyed our weekend here. The hotel's in a great location, just a very short walk to the main square, lots of restaurants and not far from the canal either. The talking parrot is a cute and fun addition too! The room was large with a nice bathroom, although it was a little unusual that the toilet...

The hotel was located in a quiet street of the main piazza. The room was large with a balcony and a big bathroom, clean, comfortable & a chocolate left on your side table. Nice touch being in the chocolate capital. Hotel is not the most modern but is very pleasing and located near everything, you can walk to the picturesque...

Great little hotel in a side street off the main marketplace. Easy walking to everything. Restaurants and shopping all around us. Room was neat and clean and the desk help was amazing. Kudos to Sofia at the desk and all her advice. Simon the bartender was full of fun stories too. A hello to CoCo too. A memorable time in...
