Had a 2 night stay here staff were fabulous could not be better😊 Location great 🏚 Room dated needs refurbishment and a few maintenance issues but comfortable. Breakfast - lovely staff - clean presentation, good but lacked choice and freshness. Overall you get what you pay for. Big thanks to reception staff you were fabulous.. New area bar & lounge...

My husband booked us a weekend trip to Bruges for an after Christmas and New year break, we chose Bruges as we had stayed overnight last September, the last hotel of our Scandinavian/ Europe road trip. The hotel we stayed in then was fully booked, we found Hotel Acacia and we were NOT disappointed. We parked in the brilliant underground...

My husband and I stayed here at the end of November 2016 for 2 night while we visited the city for the Christmas markets. We had a beautiful big room with a lovely comfortable bed, nice and clean with a modern bathroom. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel but not the...

Great little boutique hotel less that five minutes walk from the Markt square in Bruges. Simple, but good breakfast; nice rooms; good ambiance; great location. A few more people in the bar (there were none!) would've made it a bit more vibrant. No complaints, though. Would stay again if we come back to Bruges.

The hotels location is great as you are very close to the centre, without it being too noisy On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were checked in very quickly. The room faced a quite street and was very spacious. Negatives. The pillows were awful and mattress not much better. The room would benefit from extra...

The Acacia is great for those who want to wander around the streets of Bruges. It's approximately 2 minutes from the central square and the major sights but there is a maze of small streets and alleys to explore. The hotel is decorated to a pretty high standard, the only criticism being that the bathroom in our room (6 on...

This is the second time we have visited this hotel, last time a few years ago and i think there has recently been a change in ownership. Our room was large and comfortable but was directly over the entrance lobby and on both nights very noisy with some guests coming in. Not the hotels fault just ignorant guest not thinking...

Hotel staff were great. Communication by email in advance of the visit was quick and useful. They advised me of road closures and allowed me to reserve a car parking space at the back of the hotel. The hotel is very nice inside and is in a great position close to shops and 2 minutes from the Main Market Square....

Great location and a pleasant enough hotel, just not as good as I'm sure it'd like to be. Wifi is poor, increasingly an essential offering of any good hotel, and the ventilation in our bathroom didn't work. Otherwise friendly, although the advice on dining giving on our first night was suspect, elegant and an excellent location. But it's more of...

Now that the renovations are almost completed, the new rooms are just what we want. They are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is situated within minutes of the main square ant the shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. We like a hotel breakfast to include bacon an eggs which the Acacia does We will be going there again especially as...
