This is good hotel for families. They have family rooms for a decent price, breakfast is free for kids (with an adult) and a number of indoor and outdoor play spaces. The communal areas were nice and well kept. Rooms a bit tired, but my main bugbear was with the staff. We stayed for the weekend and throughout our stay...

Second time here - had the kids last time, just two adults this time. Room large, clean, 2 types of pillow and blackout curtains as expected from Novotel. TV had some English channels. Checkout late (12), front desk staff very helpful. However - breakfast buffet expensive (€20 pp) when you've not got children with you eating for free. The heating...

We had a great stay at the Novotel Brugge Centrum with our kids. Can't fault the hotel (though a bit of a refresh of the rooms and corridors is probably due). But the incident that showed the quality of the service happened on our second night, when our daughter was suddenly violently (and I mean violently) sick just after she'd...

Very nice. Clean and efficient. Great location for our needs. Walked to the Christmas Market and other quant shops. If arriving by train, it is a bit of a walk thru many side streets to get to the hotel. Take a cab.

The room was clean and functional, we will be staying here again in August 2017. The pool is freezing cold even in the summer! The value for money is good and the bar is reasonably priced. The breakfast is well worth paying for.

The hotel is a bit far from the market place. But still within reasonable walking distance. Along the road there are many shops selling chocolates, ice cream and waffles. There is a convenience store just opposite the hotel. A Chinese restaurant also opposite the hotel. Breakfast was great. Many varieties. The waffles machine is fun. Room is big, but no...

S.O.B. = Shower Over Bath i.e. slippery and dangerous to get in & out of shower. Why does a modern hotel in the 21st Century need a bath? All modern hotels should have walk-in shower cubicles for safety and convenience. Accor hotels manage to do this in their Ibis hotels, so why not in their more expensive brands? This Novotel...

When booking a twin room, we expect to get a twin and not a double with a sofa bed even more when we call to make sure they have real twin and answer is "yes sir, we have of course twin room" Also restaurant/bar...we regretted we did not stop at McDo, burgers are better that what we ate. I do...

Recent stay at the Novotel in Bruge with the wife and kids, arrived around 10pm in the evening and was greated so well and welcomed, we were tired and just wanted to check in a sleep, all made so much easier by the friendly gentleman on reception. Room was excellent as always, only point I would raise is it would...
